I am a book club member. I began recieving unwanted emails from a man who "hijacked" the bookclub's members email addresses to advertise his "fantasy-role-playing" games. I advised our book club leader who, after MANY complaints about [email protected], dropped his membership. He responded by emailing me and calling me a "bitch." I fully expect more expletitive laced emails from him. Please look into this matter since he is your customer. (I have saved the letter as proof if you need it.) I bought a Kerby and the deal was done and then they came back and picked it up and said that I was not able to be financed. I think that they are running a horribale business and they should be reported and shut down. My wife went to Napa to get a break light switch for our truck. She ask the guy from the store if he could check and make sure it was the right part. They do not know how to manage the escrow accounts. They overcharge, threaten you when you complain and try to use scare tactics. My payment went from 373 to 485 because the mis-managed the monies in it. If you try to contact them it is impossible. I ordered a free trail of PomClear for the cost of shipping and handling of $4.95. $44.80 was charged to my account, causing overdraft fees. They cleverly had pre-selected that I receive two more items next to the window that I filled out my credit card information. I got my Visa Card statement and found three (3) charges, two of which I will not pay. I have been living at Waterbrook apartments for close to a year now and as many notices they put on your door about not smoke on the stars and the sells pitch of being quite and calming, they lie. Their security team they have walk around only puts notice on the doors for people that haven't paid their rent. I haven't seen one loud group talked too about being quite.
