September 17, 2008
From January 26 until the present today's date is 9/13/08 I am being charged $19.95 for something I never authorized. I purchased WuYi Tea and that was when it started showing up. The WuYiTea had it's own random charges of different amounts sometimes twice a month. I mailed them a letter and submitted inquiries online to WuYiTea to cancel the auto ship order but this other charge is still showing up every month on my credit card I cannot get it stopped. read full review »

WU YI SOURCE / TEA
September 17, 2008
I returned the product within the 14 day trial period and was assured, in writing, my credit card would not be charged $59.95. I had enclosed the letter, highlighted their terms of the agreement and hand wrote instructions to not charge my credit card. One week later the charges were processed. I called the company and explained the situation, a credit was generated. Waiting to see if the credit goes through and if additional charges are processed next month. I do not have a good feeling about this company. read full review »

The Decorette Shop
September 17, 2008
I went in to return a cake decorating item that was defective and the owner told me that if I had any common sense I would know to call in when it didn't work. When it was purchased, she told me how to apply it, which I did what she said. When I tried to return it, found out that there was much more to it then what she had told me. She wouldn't refund my money, in fact after I told her how much I paid for the item, she told me I was over charged and snickered about it. She was rude and insulting!!! read full review »

Amica Insurance
September 17, 2008
I applied for a homeowners insurance policy with Amica and was denied coverage simply because I foster dogs for animal rescue organizations. The fostering I do has been minimal - three over the past five years. Two were small mixed breeds and one is a border collie. I work through organizations that are registered non-profits with the IRS and all dogs are temperment tested before coming into rescue. I wanted all animal lovers to know that Amica's policies are not dog friendly. read full review »

I bought a 4 month old Shih-tzu puppy from Pet Palace in July, assuming it would be in good health. Well, I'd like to start with saying that usually I don't do public compaints but what happened on my 25th birthday deserves to be public and I only hope it will prevent someone from going there. I made an arrangement to get my hair done and professional make up about 5 days before. First of all, receptionist couldn't tell me the cost of what I was gonna get. If this package takes a full 3 weeks, or even just 2 1/2 weeks, to get to my house, my 30 days will be up and there will be no chance, according to your Web site, for a full refund. I purchased an Ideal Spa Cover, Inc vinyl replacement cover for $430 just over 1 year ago. Just this past week, I noticed that ALL of the handles and tie downs (made of webbing material) just absolutely disintegrated! The company warranty says that they will fix the vinyl but that I have to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS which is going to cost me another $40-50 for fixing their defective cover. I wonder how many others have this problem??? I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere when deciding which manufacturer to go with when it is time to replace your spa cover. read full review »

StainMaster
September 17, 2008
We bought premium Stainmaster carpet from Home Depot in Woodland, California. We picked a dense carpet near the top of the price line. The carpet is absolutely worthless, and within several months showed more stains than the carpet it replaced had shown in 15 years! Common dirt gets ground in and causes stains. Stain removers which worked well on our old carpet don't work on it. Don't buy this carpet... it's terrible! $5, 000 down the drain. Perhaps they call it "Stainmaster" because it stains so easily! I think they should remove their product or rename it "Staineasy" carpet. read full review »

Free Trials of Anything
September 16, 2008
Seriously people, if you order a free trial, READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS!!! It will typically say you have 14 days or 30 days to cancel or they will start charging your account a certain dollar amount. If you do cancel with in time frames, write down the date you cancel and who you talk to. That way, if the merchant continues to charge your account, you have the proper information to give your credit card company when starting a dispute about the transaction. Always assume if you give out your credit card number, it can be charged. Now matter what the smooth talking merchant says. read full review »
