Do Not buy a Sanyo tv. I bought two, just five months later one already fried. The US company in Arkansas is a jock to deal with. I was told if it happened again, they would fix it again, taking more than a week to so. Not that they would send me a new TV because there is a definite problem with the set. They sold diet aid to my son who is a minor. Then they debited his account twice for product he never recieved and made his account go into overdraft. Not only should they not sell diet aids to minors, but minors can not enter contracts without adult signature. Have contacted company. My remodeling experience with the Kitchen and Bath Depot was very positive. I was pleased with the level of professionalism. They understood what I wanted in a kitchen and were able to design the perfect space. Their selection of cabinets and counter tops was also good. They worked within my budget and timeline to create a beautiful kitchen. If I had to do it again, thank God I don't, I would certainly use the people at the Kitchen and Bath Depot. They instead kept my money and refuse to refund it. I brought my car in to be washed after noticing that vandals had thrown eggs on it. On checking in, the order person told me that eggs were hard to remove, so I asked him if they were going to be able to get it off. He said yes, and said we could send it through again if needed. I bought a new hot tub in September 2002. If you read around, EVERYONE that bought a hot tub from Thermospas in the fall of 2002 has had major problems with it. The acrylic process that they used was faulty. I was told that it was their suppliers fault, and that they have a law suit pending against them. And this is my problem?? Why?? I should have known it was going to be a dump when I went in the office and it smelled of smoke and the owner was laying on the sofa smoking and watching TV. I bought a wood stove for my home from Northern Tool. It weighed over 500 lbs and the company knew I was a private consumer. They charged me $85 to lower the lift gate to move the stove to the ground. Then they informed me, at the time of the delivery, that the truck would leave my stove out on the street. I was sold on Tough Shed but Amazing Buildings had a similar building for quite a bit less. There were enough differences in the materials and design that I paid an extra $2K for design and material changes to make sure the building would last. After 2 months, the doors would not even close. I called Rodney and sent emails for another 2 months asking for help. When he finally responded, all he wanted to discuss was more money and he still never came and fixed the doors. Do not use this company. I have a 2006 Chevy Uplander. The trim that runs down each side of the vehicle has (rusted/discolored) from one end to the other on both sides after only 2 years. The vehicle has 50, 000 miles due to the distance to my work. The dealership (Fox Chevrolet in Timonium Maryland) and GM refuse to fix it unless I pay $200.00 towards the cost because the warranty is up. The Jamis Commuter was manufactured in China. The spokes on my 2006 bike with less than twenty miles of usage, started breaking, even when it was stored in the garage, not being ridden. We have a son incarcerated at Vienna Illinois. We have him calling collect from time to time through this company. Now they say that they can block his calls because our daughter who lived in Iowa had a phone bill years ago with Qwest that wasn't paid. That was when she was married. She lived with us for a while a year ago and her name was on our Frontier account but it was also in our name. I bought my wife some hoop earrings from Gordon's Jewelers online. She loved them, but the clasps were weak and after only two days of wear one fell out and was ran over in a parking lot. Call me crazy, but I wouldn't think it would be a big deal for a jeweler, especially one the size of Gordon's, to sell a single earring...but then again maybe their manufacturing facility can only make even numbers. We started out at %7.99 for a Corporate business card Then out of the blue 4 months later (even tho the rate was supposed to be a fixed rate ) the interest went to %30 .
