First they said it was a "free" card with a months "free" service. It cost me $115 upfront just to sign up online. Then there was the shock of the debit on my bank account 5 days before it was due. That caused overdraft fees of over $100 by the time I figured it out. My Mother had a stroke and has been to this doctor as a family doctor and she seems to like him. I think that he is a fraud. Everytime she need blood pressure medicine he only perscriptions 3 mos and calls her into his office for a fee every three months. I reserved a Avis rental car through CarRentals.com. The reservation was for 2 days @ $25.99/day. When I arrived the pickup location, Avis representative over the counter offered me an upgrade from a compact to a median size car for a “couple of more bucks” (quoted his word). These people withdrew 29.90 from my card without being authorized to do so... when i called to find out who they are or what it was for i was told when i viewed my "free credit report" i was automatically signed up for a recurring monthly charge. I tried to explain to these people that i never viewed my free credit report they said "oh well" we cant give you your money back because we dont have access to your credit card, funy they had access to with draw money but not to put it back. I was billed $79.33 on ;7/12/07 and $43.51 on 8/13/07 then $34.83 on 8/5/08 . All these charges were for Trend Micro, Inc. In 2007 I had 2 computers hence the 79.33? but I have one now. I purchased 2 couches at the beginning of the year and also the warrenty. My couch had some milk spilt on it and I requested a tech come out and clean it. He did and anfter he left, it dried hard. First I must say my experience with GM is not unique. My family has GM cars throughout. Most of the problems seem to be consistent. I own a Malibu(2002). I first experienced a problem with the Rear-In Take Gasket( Had it replaced twice). Next it was in the Socket Boards for the Tail Lamps. Unfortunately, I have received the same run around that others have received from USA Wallpaper. I placed an order in May and found out later that my items were on backorder. When I canceled my order I was told that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to receive a refund. Four months and countless emails and phone calls later, and I am still awaiting a refund. My niece & her husband were never notified that their mortgage payment had increased ($300 per month) until they received a letter of foreclosure. When my niece called Flagstar to question the letter, Flagstar told her that her mortgage payment had increased 3 prior and all of their payments from those last 3 mos was sitting in escrow. I have serious issues with Lynn Foster and the maintenance man over Arrington Estates, managed by L & W Management. Ms. Foster and the maintenance man are constantly harassing residents of Arrington Estates, and now employers of residents. The most recent issue includes my place of employment being called. The new manager of the store that has the posted complaint went out of her way to go to my fathers nursing home fit him and take glasses back. I had no other way to help him see and it was the fifth store I had been at trying to get help for Dad. They went above and beyond to help me and if that is how they view customer service should be I will tell everyone I ever meet to go there. No problems with glasses at all in the past 3 months. I went to Rent King in Jax to get some furniture. The stores District Manager happened to be there that day and he was my salesman. I picked out a Sofa and Loveseat and was assured I would not be getting the floor model rather a new set from the backroom.
