I was a victim of identity theft that may have been commited but an internal employee. After submitting the claim that the account was opened without my consent, I could not receive any information to assist in my investigation.
The second part is that somehow, someone was able to open a second account with the same information for the same store??? This seems a little strange. The person did not have proper ID, did not complete all "required" information but was able to obtain credit.
While they are trying to determine if thi... read full review »
Dr. Brian Kinney -Horrifying Nose Surgery
Dr. Brian Kinney:
It’s horrifying and unacceptable – the results of the procedures you performed on me…the incision marks through my lip are “Frankenstein” like, the keloid, the divet in my lips…the persistent numbing/tightness/scarring in my lips, the hypertrophic scar that grew back after excision and the pain/structural change/persistent swelling in my nose and terrible injury and trauma when you wrongly ripped the splint off.
I cannot rationalize paying for the surgery after being injured by... read full review »
Dr. Brian Kinney - Assault and Battery
The results: Basically Dr. Kinney’s actions resulted in the following:
He literally butchered my lip tissue as opposed to only removing the granulomas. Consequently, I have permanent nerve damage and bluish marbled blood pooled in my lips, along with an unsightly scar bleeding through my lip border. Experts are telling me this is extremely difficult to fix my damaged Vermillion Border. Dr. Kinney told me, in my pre-op appointment, that I would sit with him the morning of my surgery and mark the “granulomas” from the... read full review »
GC Services of Saint Louis, MO
GC Services had the nerve to contact my company I work for and state they needed to talk to me regarding business in another state. I'm responsible for the state I live in for my work but they stated they needed to talk to me. So I called and found out they we're trying to collect for an American Express Debt that my wife has been paying monthly. I believe the lady (Chamie) was very rude and should be fired from her so called job (Saint Louis, MO. read full review »
Cricket Broadband Wireless
First they said it was a "free" card with a months "free" service. It cost me $115 upfront just to sign up online. Then there was the shock of the debit on my bank account 5 days before it was due. That caused overdraft fees of over $100 by the time I figured it out. And the $55 rebate that was a the lure to join was rejected: they said they didnt get all the paperwork from me even though I KNOW I sent it in. I even waited the full 45 days before I dared cancell the account for the broadband so that I wouldnt disqualify myself... read full review »

My Mother had a stroke and has been to this doctor as a family doctor and she seems to like him. I think that he is a fraud. Everytime she need blood pressure medicine he only perscriptions 3 mos and calls her into his office for a fee every three months. I handle all of her affairs and met with Social Security about getting a larger benefit, but I needed a letter from her doctor stating she does not take care of these items. Avis Rent a Car
I reserved a Avis rental car through CarRentals.com. The reservation was for 2 days @ $25.99/day. When I arrived the pickup location, Avis representative over the counter offered me an upgrade from a compact to a median size car for a “couple of more bucks” (quoted his word). I assumed he meant $2 more than the $25.99 in the reservation. I agreed. I also explained to him that my credit card covered the insurance and I did not need extra insurance. He completed the paper work and handled to me said, “sign here, initiate here... read full review »

Chase Bank and Chase JP Morgan
My son is a freshman at college, and though we were willing to help pay for his expenses, he wanted to do this on his own. So he applied to three banks for loans: Wells Fargo, Chase, and JP Morgan Chase.
Wells Fargo declined his application without a cosigner. (They will soon be handling all my banking needs, by the way.)
The two Chase banks agreed to give him loans, although their website says "Private loans may require a borrower to have reasonably good credit, as well as have a co-signer in most circumstances, " and "a... read full review »
