I called and left several voice mail message for her to cancel the order before the ad ever went to proof. This Grant Guide Co. for the the months of August and September have with out authorization been deducting $49.50 from my checking account. I did in fact cancell the free trial with the time frame that was given and, did reveive an e-mail with confirmation of this transaction. I want the total amount of $99.00 credited to my account immediately. They do not answer their phones even though they give a phone number on your statement to call, and you can never get a person on the phone. This is a terrible thing to do to people. When I was offered the free trial, I was told in no uncertain terms that only the shipping charges of 3.98 would be charged. This company charged my credit card $272.00 without my knowledge or authorization. I don't know who these people are or how to contact them. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and they looked into it and told me the dispute was closed because DRI WWW ELEMENTS INFO said the charge was legit and that it was for some software. I got a horrable deal on a Dodge dakota. The only thing I thought could go wrong with it was the transmision. It had high miles so I bought a warranty. Salesman did not tell me the warranty did not start for 90 days. We agreed and I got in writing the dealership was going to fix the A.C. and brakes shimmie. My mother in law took her Hyndai Elantra in to Majestic Auto in Tucson, Arizona for a timing belt replacement. (The belt was old and due for replacement, not broken yet.) We live in a rural part of the state that provides no other internet connectivity, and have been stuck with DirecWay's being swallowed by Hughes.net. Without appropriate notification, Hughes.net enabled what they call a Fair Access Policy, but there is nothing fair about it.
