LVNV funding is suing me for $909.19 plus court cost because of an old debt they purchased for pennies, the original amount was $498. I tried to pay this debt when I first found out it had been turned over to a collections agency, but they just talk down to me. LVNV funding is taking advantage of people, especially in today's economy, their paying pennies and collecting dollars, this doesn't seem right.
Isn't that called unjust enrichment, this is not their debt, they bought it which means they choose to lose money, by the way, the attorney for LVNV funding has an unlisted phone number. read full review »

I purchased a GPS system which I returned with insurance. I waited 1 month to be reimbursed and when I wasn't I called and they told me to track the package if it was insured and fax them the tracking information which I did that stated it was received
in Atlanta Georgia two weeks after I mailed it. They reimbursed me 2 days later at which time I discarded all information on same. Jackson Hewitt has employees that change your tax info without your knowledge. In 2006, i called the first Jackson Hewitt in the phonebook to see how busy they were. Once i found out that they had openings i went and had my taxes done.°2 years later, i received a letter from the IRS stating that i could be a material witness in a criminal investigation. You should know that uship IS an electronic broker that is not a customer service oriented company. They do not qualify their Transportation Service Providers. Therefore the following facts are true: Many of the so called trucking firms are not DOT legal. Many of the same have NO Cargo coverage. when any Service provider says, "I have one million dollars coverage" You must ask what kind of coverage??

We were going away for a week's vacation and I scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance to meet the owner of this company. We scheduled the appointment one week before we left. This so called company is horrible. Unfortunately I am trying to deal with this pathetic company so I can pay off a small loan. Yet they never respond, neither through mail or phone to verify the amount owed. I call the toll free number and their is only a recorded message saying they will call you back promptly, LIE. On 10/10/06 I came to an agreement to settle on an unsecured loan with Chase Bank, which they turned over to Mann Bracken for collection. I spoke with a rep (Ms Evans) who advised me I could settle for $1545.56. I mailed a check on 10/11/06 via USPS ExpressMail (tracking # showed it was received and I got delivery confirmation) which was received on 10/12/06 and cashed on 10/16/06. I ordered a tape in January of this year. My order was processed and money was withdrawn from my bank (By the company) for the cost of the DVD. I have e-mailed them and called but no answers by phone or e-mail.

I asked this title company to properly file a 1099 after the sale of a Real Estate Transaction through them. They sent a 1099 to the IRS with an amount higher than I actually received and could not simply divide the total by 3 from the beginning to show the correct amount. I called Choice reservation line and talked to a Connie (1-800-521-2121) to request an additional night be added to our reservaton in Lombard Il 10/01/08-10/06/08.
We did add the extra night, but the reservation clerk said it would cost us the same as the $95.99 we paid for our 1st night at the same location. Our confirmation code is 60145138. Our 2nd night is
$79.99 and the next 3 are $71.99. Then I added the 6th night and she charged me $95.99.
