After three years of the fed ex driver driving 10-15 miles over the speed limit in our development and tearing up our driveway by flying up it (its dirt), we are fed up! Then to top it off, a friends dog is hit and killed by another fed ex driver. What is going on??? Do we not value human or pet life anymore? Is "getting it there on time" really more important??? In July I requested a sample of their product for the cost of shipping. I received another month's supply and sent it back. There was no bill included with the shipment. However I was billed $89.31 to my credit card on 8/19. I contacted my credit card company about the charge and noticed another charge had been made on 9/18. Sometimes you have money and simply want to put them in bank and earn some percentage. Why would you place them in traditional bank and earn very low APR and APY when online banks have much better offers. Touchstonecatalog.com was the online company. We ordered two pet condos in espresso finish. Each took about an hour to assemble. When we got to the last piece of the product to assemble, which is the table top that is visible to all, both pieces had damaged corners. The second condo did not assemble well, and the door does not close properly. Our call to customer service was not handled well. They showed up on time and started working, but after they would finish a room they would inform us that it was going to cost extra. My first impression of All Care Dental was the strip mall feel and the dirty lobby. I didn't think they were there long enough to have a dirty lobby. The wait was ridiculous. The staff was in party mode the whole time. I do not think they should not enjoy being at work, but they were wheeling each other around on office chairs. I got a filling, that took the dentist 3 tries to put it and complained about doing it the whole time. It fell out 2 weeks later, in which I was blamed for it falling out. I left feeling harassed. I have a set of stack-able Quiet Glide Craftsman Toolboxes. I had them for about a year and really only put them through light use. They sit in my utility room and store all my tools. Well the other day I go to turn the key on the largest box and the lock assembly fell apart. The part the key inserts into came right off the box, and the rest fell inside the box. Cresent Bank & Trust repossessed my car over one payment. When I called to get info to pay, the agent told me I owed $1, 028! My car payment is only $288.00 late fee included. These guys are all over Florida. My roof leaked in places it hadn't leaked before they worked on it. After a couple years of problems they said the warranty expired. Mind you they job was never done right and though they did come back a couple times it was only after repeated phone calls. My new roofer had to tear out all their work and start again. This is the biggest rip off Furniture Store in the State of Massachusetts. They do not return calls, they lie through their teeth. You never get all of your furniture delivered at one time. There is always something wrong with pieces that had to be repaired. They tell you the furniture repair man will be there. They never show up. I just recently tried the Brite-Smile product and the results were absolutely fabulous! Unlike what I had heard, there was virtually NO sensitivity!
