I placed an order Nov. 10, 2007 for $47 worth of marine equipment. Order # 3097686 / Included two containers of Carbon Free gas additive and one pump for lubricant to the lower unit of the boat motor. After adding a $11 shipping charge, they promised the order would be sent right out. They confirmed the order, took my money and never shipped the order. Nice, huh? I emailed several times, then went thru the Better Business Bureau. ShipStore did not respond to the BBB either. i ordered the free trial offer. It was never shipped to me they charged me the 3.95 plus an out of country fee. Then 2 wks later they charged me 89.31. I called them and they said it was in the agreement. i can't find any such agreement and they say that once it has been shipped there is no refund, all the sites i have gone on say there is refund guaranteed. I surfed the net looking for possible loans but at no time did I apply for a goverment loan. I was later charged $49.95 for a prepaid credit card and $39.95 for a government membership, neither of which I signed up for. Sheetz gas station store # 85 in Waynesboro, PA. has a non-working automatic shutoff valve on one of their gas pumps. This is in direct violation of federal law!!! It is absolutely a major hazard. Do not have an address for LS Performce Products, but they are in Nevada and phone is 888-2898-8740. There is a charge on my credit card for a bottle of Pure Çolon 1000 that I did not order. I have notified my card that this charge needs to be disputed, and so that is now in the process. This agency is a sham operation. They specialize in trafficking young international women as au pairs and placing them in U.S. homes for childcare. They are not trained or experienced to do so. Their applications are falsified and references are from family members, not real childcare refs. They charge large amounts of money to the host family and the au pair for this "service". I was at the anderson store on 9/21/08 and watched (and it was hot outside) as the drivers has to wash the motorhomes (there was 2 being delivered) u would think after driving them over 2000 miles they would be happy to get them delivered no go wash them or pay us. Give them a break. One reason i m going somewhere else. Hope all people feel this way. Drivers are human also. I called Santa Clarita Locksmith (http://www.santa-clarita-locksmith.com/ and got an estimate to re-key some home door locks. When the guy came out, he ended up replacing 1 deadbolt and 1 door lock and then switched out 3 other locks: HE CHARGED US OVER $800!! What's worse? He wanted it in CASH! We were Suburban Propane (Fargo, ND) customers in 2001 and were happy with their propane service. Approximately in 2004 they were purchased by Ferrellgas. We were taken to the hospital after a car accident and my 7 year old daughter that has Celebral Palsey was taken due to her kneee pain and when she got to the hospital they did a CT scan but no X-rays so they discharged us saying that she is ok, A week passed and her pain never went away so we took her to west Houston Hostpital and they advised me that she has two broken femurs and that she might need on operation and they then sent us to Texas Children's Hospital.
