I order an aplifier from HIFI Sound Connect on Sept, 10 2008, it is now the 30th and I have called them and acctually spoken to them at least twice a week! The plastic washer drum casing failed after two years use. Water flowed over electrical parts and onto the floor, creating an electrocution hazard. The company has redesigned this part but has not issued a recall and will not make the repair. They have offered me the part free, but the labor will cost as much a new unit! I stupidly responded to an email for a "free trial" of Acai Berry. I gave a credit card number for the shipping costs. There was nothing about future deliveries. The product arrived and after taking only one it made me feel very shaky, as if it was full of caffeine. Then I started getting shipments, which I am assuming are being billed to my credit card. I unknowingly found out that the company I leased my equipment through had a non-cancelleable 48-month lease term -- supposedly. Not even a week after obtaining my equipment I discovered a much cheaper way to process cards that made much more sense for my business. When I went to transfer my domain name to another web hosting company Simpova locked my domain name and has refused to release it so I can tranfer it to another company. Eight years as a loyal customer, several complaints from me about service over the last 3 weeks and and look what happens. My client bought several pairs of shoes from them and needed to return them. The only option for returning is to get a return authorization number on the website, but the option was unavailable for these shoes even though we tried to return them within the 20 day time frame permitted for returns. I have disc degeneration disease and right now I have 2 ruptured discs and 1 that is bulging. It presses on the nerves that lead down through my legs. I'm only 25 and they treat me as if im there just to get drugs. They are very rude to me and have tried to keep me from obtaining my refills the day I can get it filled. Using this prepaid debit card at a gas station, automatically deducts 35.00, even if you get only 10.00 worth of gas. You cannot receive the balance until 4 days later. (Even if you run out of gas and need to stop at a cheaper gas station). I purchased gas in a city to get me home where the gas is thirty cents cheaper. Submitted my loan for modification on 12-07. Filled out all paperwork. Never heard from them. resubmitted in 4-08. They supposedly modified loan starting 8-01-08. Fedexed them the paperwork and sent a check for $1704.00. This amount was never applied to my account. My escrow payment went from $133.00 to $550.00.
