Do not use Sears repair! They had 2 consecutive days of no show, and all they had were excuses. They were polite on the phone, but they did not offer any compensation for 2 wasted days. The service man did half the job and said the wiring was in bad shape and it should be looked by a electrical repair person. I worked for this company for four days and was promised by the manager Alex to get paid 50 dollars a day at least for training. I am new to the Rochester area and have had a membership at Fitness 19 for about 6 weeks. I am taking classes at the local university and found out my tution covers the university's recreation center. I went into Fitness 19 and spoke with Erhan Guler. He was ready to allow me to cancel my membership until he found out I had paid in full. He refused to refund any portion of the money I had paid although the contract I had signed made no mention of rules for those paying in full. My partner ordered American Woodmark cabinets through Lowe's in 2004. We didn't install the cabinets until 2006. Drawers were of poor quality and after complaining to Lowe's the mfg. sent out a rep. Purchased an AKAI 32" LCD and within 14 months the main PCB board failed. Of course the waranty was for ony 12 months. The cost of the LCD was around $700 US and the quote to repair is over $1100 US. On 7/22 & 8/23 2008 I had $9.99 charge on my AT&T cell phone bill by New Motion Inc. I never gave permission for such charges. I have since talked to a rep at AT&T and he was very much aware of this company. He will credit my account and stop a subscription to whatever they put on my bill. Officetronics sent an HP L7680 that was refurbished and not new as they had advertised. What was very suspicious is that the letter "R" was removed at the end of the model number by some type of chemical of some sort. The "R" shows that its refurbished and after further inspection noticed the refurbished stickers were removed from Officetronics. Took out a $200 loan several months ago that after the 5th extension should have had principal amount lowered by additional deduction until paid off. Have paid over $1K back and cannot get them to stop trying to debit by bank account even though I no longer deposit into it until this issue can be cleared up. Be careful ordering from mensusa.com - after ordering suits for a wedding - languages were downloaded on my laptop and next time I tried to log into my bank account - I was directed to a new page.
