On September 4th, BB & T Bank subtracted three transactions from my checking account that were pending. Well, lo and behold, the very next day, they subtracted the same three transactions AGAIN as they were processed. And because, of this, I was charged overdraft fees. I know this sounds unheard of, but I have the bank print-outs, the proof. I contacted the FDIC and they are investigating. Purchased a RCA Televsion from a Walmart store in January 2008. It was defective right out of the box. It turns itself on and off at random. My parents have had a Dillard's cc since 1982 and have always paid on time in full. In August, my mother (88) made the check out, but failed to pay it - I found it in a drawer. Not only did GE Money Bank send them a nasty letter stating that they were turning them over to a collection agency, they have now frozen the account. I was not told that my 4-year warranty for a laptop computer would be voided when the computer was replaced. My laptop computer was unjustifiably replaced and my warranty has now been voided after 2-years of owning the computer. A laptop replacement should replace the laptop within the warranty. I purchased a DW mobile home last year, and was ripped off. I was told the home I was purchasing was a upgraded model and everything from floor to ceiling was upgraded. That was false. My Wife went there today for a simple hair trim. Her hair is straight, parted in the middle. She asked for it to be trimmed to the level of her chin. They did return to fix the problem somewhat, but they have not responded to our further concerns. We have dealt with their main office in the Detroit area.
