As a merchant you either accept credit cards or you don't there is no limit to or time you can say I accept your credit but not hers. I tried to purchase a soda and was told that Riverside Exxon had a 3.00 minimum for me to use my credit card. My phone was disconnected for a very short period of time due to not paid bill. I shortly after paid my bill and now my phones are activated again. But Simplexity is trying to charge me $250 per line (i have 3 phone thru them) for being disconnected for couple of weeks. I am currently being billed by 2 companies, EZ 1 Rate and F ED AMER on my bank statement. I purchased a little wood sink/stove combo from the company. They shipped me the product broken and with no instructions or hardware. I had purchased 3 pieces to the set for my daughters birthday and assembled 2 of the 3. Unfortunately the last box was opened outside of 90 days. There customer service advised me that all there products are made over seas. They don't have contact information, and would not credit me for the box of trash I purchased. I paid off my credit card in person at the bank. Several days later I received another bill for the credit card. When I called to find out why... I was told that the "actual bill" had crossed in the mail. So the person I spoke to on the phone said he/she would file a dispute and that someone who had the authority to do something about it would call me back. NEVER DID!!! I would wait a while and return the call to speak to yet another customer service rep who said he/she would file yet another dispute. Today, October 6, 2008, I had my Frididaire dishwasher repaired by Sears Home Services (Sears service order #:65914956). While the repair technician was on-time and courteous, I am absolutely livid about the $179.00 charge for essentially unplugging the drain hose.
