My lawn tractor developed problems at the end of July.It took Conn's service center two weeks to send a serviceman out to check out the tractor. Problem the transmission is out, on a Pouland tractor with less than fifty hours on it.The service center can't get the part after two months. No manager or supervisor will return my calls of inquiries . Ms. C. Lechugea has not returned any of my calls, up to fifteen. Managers Ruby and Jarrell have not returned my calls as well. These people have put us through a horrid experience. Starting when we purchased a vehicle through Bangor car care. Our payments were only suppose to be through a checking account. They would automatically take our fee out every week until our vehicle was paid off. Everything went well until circumstances forced us to change the account from which the money would be taken out. This company advertised English Bulldog puppies that were AKC, microchipped, and health guaranteed. I purchased one, and never received the paperwork, after calling them several times. Ralphs food stores advertise in weekly phamphlets availiable at the store in and in their newsprint ads in 1 inch high print and on a 3' x 6' banner over the front entrance "Double Cupons Every Day". We have a new $4000 refridgerator from Viking that was already here when we bought this new home. My wife is a kitchen designer and those in the know never recommend this brand.
