I enrolled in federal debt relief system in April of 2008. They are supposed to eliminate my credit card debt. In Canada they will not sell Miele through dealers anymore. There new system is to go through their 'Service' line (1-800-565-6435). When you finally talk to someone they give you a run around about the correct part and when they finally send it... it is the wrong one. They don't want to supply you with any billing information and now I see why. It is a sad thing that such a great company is going down the tubes. My hot water I had a pin hole leak in the cold water pipe spraying water everywhere. The plumber replaced the hot pipe which by the way was the easier one to replace because it did not have any shut off. Wilkins sent the plumber back out I showed him the leaking pipe. I am searching for other consumers with my same complaint. Yellow Book got me to do ads with them and told me I could cancel prior to the ads running. He did rough drafts, I gave him a downpayment. They don't list a phone number or an address. Just a PO Box. I found a phone number that went straight to a machine. When you place an order they are very nice about e-mailing you. You are supposed to mail your check. Cash Krazy is an online survey site that advertises a $5 sign up bonus and large sums of money to complete different "surveys" or to try "free trials". You can earn over a $100 a day doing their surveys, after having to spend your own money to complete most of the surveys offered, but then when you try to cash out, they give you a minimum $ amount before you can cash out. ESBI has added $19.95 to my Qwest Bill for my home phone. The are billing me monthly for Voicemail Monhtly Fee. I do not have voicemail on my home phone and I do not own a cell phone.
