I have Brinks Security. When I purchased their plan I also purchased the insurance to cover problems with the system. I recently went through Hurricane Ike. when I finally regained power, I noticed the alarm was not working. I called Brinks only to be told that the insurance I have been paying for every month for 3 years doesn't cover disaster and that I would have to pay $20 for every 15 minutes the technician was at my house. I made reservations to stay at the Victorian Charm Inn about a month in advance. I received a confirmation number and my credit card details were taken to hold the reservation. www.justbicycles.com shipped me the wrong bike, refused to provide me any form of receipt for my purchase. If I return a $154.95 bicycle, it will cost me $40 to have had them ship me the wrong bike, $40 cost for me to ship it back, and then a 20% "restocking fee". So I would have been out of pocket $110.99 for a bicycle I did not order. Numerous emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had online. I won't complain about their pricing - which is too much for what they offer - compared to other clubs. I won't complain about the decor, which is modern aircraft-hangar. I called terminex to take care of temrite activity at our home, after three different cancelled appointemnts they came and quoted $1, 500.00 to take care of the problem. Again after two canceled service appointments, they finally showed up, they spent one and a half hour treating the termite. Two days later we called to let them know we still had termites flying around. I purchased a 2008 Honda Silverwing in the later part of June 2008. This bike came with a blemish while rubbing against the crate during transport to the dealer.
