I had significant asymmetry in my breasts: my right was a D, and my left was a C. Dr. Susan downey operated on me when I was 16 years old. I later learned that breasts continue to develop significantly until about age 21, and is therefore not advisable to operate before then. She reduced my right breast and lifted my left, but lamentably left me with a right A cup, and a left B cup. I ordered a replacement lamp in June and after 3 weeks of different stories of when it would arrive I cancelled the order. I had not received the refund after a week and called to complain. I was told that they had just changed their process and could not refund my card and that it would be sent out in the form of a check. I purchase a RV warranty from Heritage on 5/25/2004 with it came a refund guarantee. If no claims were made on the warranty for the duration of the contract (4 years) that I would get a full refund of the contract price $4885.00. My claim for refund was processed on 5/26/2008 yet I have received no payment. All attempts to find out the hold up have given me no answers. They had sent me a check for 3950.75. The guys name I talked to was mike. The bank I took the check to looked into the check. The bank on the check was real and the check would of cleared. But when the bank ran the address of the person who wrote the check it came back a residence. Everyting claim to provide you can not only do yourself but they also provide no legal protection . You can still be sued and held liable. Save yourself the time and make arrangments with the company yourself otherwise you end up paying legal fees and still giong to court. I was unaware that I would be charged for the download services that I performed. I was under the impression if I was a member of Netflix, I could watch certain movies free of charge. All I ask is for you to cancel whatever I had downloaded on my computer for those movies. I will also have my credit card changed if need be. This is very unfare to do this to people without their knowledge of being charged. Please be kind enough to cancel the download to play movies on my PO. Awful customer experience with chickdowntown.com. I have made an order with that web site and one item which was 94 USD bracelet was not included in the package when it arrived. The Fedex package was safe with no damages, and the bracelet was not mentioned on the commercial invoice attached to the box. The bracelet was listed in the packing slip document inside the package though. I have contacted them 2 times via email and 2 times via the web site but it's been 5 days and they never answered however for each time I contacted them via the web site I received auto reply where they promised to answer my inquiry within 24 hours but it never happened. read full review »

I don't know where to start. In 2005, our dear Spot chihuahua had an ACL surgery on her left hind leg which we paid $1500, then an additional $200 for "rechecks." Spot's limp never went away and soon enough, she stopped walking and began to whine from pain. We spent $80 on Tramadol which the doctor prescribed. Spot began spacing out and vomiting. Not only was the timex heart monitor user unfriendly it was a piece of crap. I called the Company the next day and reordered a Polar which was $40 more than the Timex yet the company charges freight $10 and a 15% restocking fee on all returns. To boot you have to pay shipping to send it back. Basically, at this point you have spent almost half of the original price of something you don't even have.
