Went to purchase converter boxs on the due date, 10 - 03 and the cards were denied. Recipt printed out from register stating Card Issuer Denied. Cashier had already scanned and bagged my items when the cards were swiped, time was 15 til midnight. The final time and date on my recipt from Wal-Mart was10-03-08, 11:56 pm. I went to a clinic officed in Health Partners Regions' Hospital Complex for an office appointment. Healthpartners coded this office visit in such a way that my insurance company, Blue Cross/Blue Shield would not pay for the visit as an office visit. A electronic charge from my bank account after I applied for a loan. I retreived the phone number after calling my back to reverse this charge and debit me back a NCH fee. They gave me the phone number and i called. 1-866433-4096 and they said they were not a frradulent company so asked them to call my bank @ 3 way and they said we will refund you money the whole $49.95 ina paper check issued with 30 to 445 days.
