After my making a progress payment of 90%, Lee Moore took the money & abandoned the lawn irrigaion installation project. Lee Moore (owner) included in his project bid that he would annually, for the duration of my home ownership, inspect his newly installed water backflow system, as required by the Charleston City Water company. We ordered a mattress on 08/22/08 and sent a personal check to gain an extra discount on the product. Our check cleared the bank days later. After attempting to communicate with the company via phone or email we only recieved one email on 09/19/08 indicating that the mattress would ship the next Tuesday and they would forward the tracking number. Last week, I saw a temporary charge on my credit card statement for $1 to MNI Credit Report.com. Since it was a temporary charge, I thought it was from a legitimate agency and would drop off in a few days, as has happened in the past with legitimate credit checks. However, in a few days, when I checked my statement again, the $1 was gone, replaced by a permanent charge for $ 12.95! There was also another temporary charge for $1 to the same company. Currently has pending lawsuits ( mine included ). I had returned and cancelled the trial version of the dermitage skin product, inwhich I could not use. They told me that they would cancel my membership and that was in August. Now I received a bill for $89.95 on my charge acount bill. I would like this money taken off of my account. I have never entered a sweepstakes and live in Jamaica so I don't know how this would have happened so I am considering it a scam. I recently returned an unwanted and unsolicited package of Acai Berry product to FS Performance with a letter requesting NO further shipments. i also filed a complaint with the Complaint Board. I was checking my bank balance athis morning and noticed another shipment had been charged to my account. I saw a phone number and c ontacted the number which gave me the goheopnow.com websited where I saw the note about pressing 888 rapidly. I got a voice mailbox, but left a message anyway. I purchased a hp compaq desktop computer in July of o8. The main switch was bad from the get go, but i could get it to come on at first. Later on it quit working completly. I had been receiving calls on my answering machine which requested to speak to some person who never ever had my phone number which I have had for years. They would leave an 800 number to call. I got so annoying that I thought I would call the 800 number and inform them to stop calling my phone number.
