Lake charles manufacturing supplies test tubes and other science supplies. They have the worst customer service. I ordered items and expected them within the time it said they would be shipped (3 days ground) they never arrived. I asked where the items were in an email and they (mike) replied in a condescending manner. They do not always respond to requests of information about when items will be shipped. They do not have items in stock and do not inform consumers that they do not have the items and must wait long periods of time for them. We continually are dealing with this company to finish instillation of a new air conditioner in our house even though we've paid in full the amount owed for the job. Rather unusual situation, they are unable to furnish a good connection with Europe (Italy and France), and after 50 e-mails, being called on weekends at 7 am by their technical reps and kept on the phone for 1/2 hr to allow them to "fix the problem", after having had my parents called in the middle of the night "to check", they finally say "we are unable to perform", no ciontraectual obligations on my side, just plain inability to furnish a good connection on theirs. I purchased a Joy Mangano My Little Steamer/Huggable Hanger combination in February 2008. It did not work properly so HNS.com referred me to Ingenious Designs for a replacement because it was passed the 30 day return period for HSN. Never ever buy Sirius Radio's life time membership. Once bought you don't exist. I payed $594 and have never received any service from them. For some reason my password will not access their internet radio - and they don't care - because they have my money. I have spoken several times to their customer no service and it's always "we will get back with you" but they never do. The unit is in a motorhome so it is only available when traveling and right now we are stuck at home. We were looking forward to using the internet radio but they won't turn it on for us. I bought a recliner/rocker in April. I did not get the right chair. I could not get back into the store until the 1st part of June. At that time I was told it was to late. I should have come in within 30 days. This really is not right. I should have been given the right chair in the first place. You are only capable of canceling via phone; however, even if you do cancel, they will continue to charge you, reportedly until you have the bank change your account information. They have blatantly continued to scam customers for years, and pay individuals to populate websites with bogus positive reviews in order to generate business. Lalos Mexican Restaurant of Aurora, Illinois is a disease-infested dump. I went there to eat dinner back in July and one of their cooks was in the mens room with explosive diarreah and did NOT wash his hands when he left the bathroom. They were returned to me by the judge because they weren't filled out right and forms were missing. I called the company and they did say they would help me fix it. I rented a car from U-Save in Bayonne and when I brought the car back accidentally left my brand new laptop in the trunk. The post office always sends me slips in the mail if I miss a delivery and so far I have not even gotten the slip from them; so I am to assume that they were never even shipped.
