Found 8 months of "Chase Protection Plan" charges on my account that I never signed up for, totaling about $50. I Phone Chase Protection Plan and said I wanted a refund. They said they would investigate and get back to me in four months and that they had my signature on a $20. check which was false. I said check was fraudulent and asked for supervisor after being told refund was impossible. Supervisor agreed to refund the Chase Protection Plan charges. Will they? I have to wait and see. I ordered an iMac from Mac Mall on Sept 18, 08. On Sept 20th I realized I didn't need the order anymore because of a change in my department so I emailed and cancelled the order. I didn't get a response from my representative. My order was dilievered a couple days later and I called Mac Mall and told them I didn't need the computer and wanted a refund. I was told by Jackie that Fed-X damage the order, and it would not be shipped again until Fed-X return the order. This is ridiculous considering the time span. I called on September 11, 2008(2nd time with noreturn on her part) to go collect tile I paid in full for on October 1, 2007. We had a verbal agreement that it would be about a year before I could pick it up. The owner says she returned my tile without ANY FORM of notification provided to me. She claims that it stipulates on our contract that after a year she has the right to return my tile and I have to pay a 30% restocking fee. I was quoted by Wheaton approximately $3, 000 to pickup my household products, weighing 3, 500 lbs., from my home in New Mexico and delivered to my home in Florida.

I took my puppy for immunizations when he was 6 weeks old. The list they gave me was over $800. I said no and went to another clinic where it was $100. I then went back this weekend now that my puppy is a year old. Not sure what I was thinking but it was convenient. My puppy has diarhhea and I wanted some information on what I could do. Travelers insurance appraises the vehicles that they have to pay for. Their appraisers always value the vehicle very low to keep their costs low. I was only offered 65 percent of nada value on my "above average " vehicle. They take an average vehicle price, then their appraisers nit pick every single flaw on the vehicle to get the value as low as possible. The values that they come up with are JUST high enough to keep the average american from taking them to court.

I was shopping for dog food in my local Woodman's market (in Beloit, WI) when I noticed a brand of "natural" dog food I had not seen before. The brand is called Nature's Menu Oven Baked Dog Food with Chicken, Whitefish, and Sweet Potatoes by Evolve.

Two months now and I still have not received my order. After multiple times of calling and emailing and being "Guaranteed" that it was on the way, I still am in the same boat. Hired company for my wife's tax problem. Company took my money but never did anything. We have called several times and are given voice mail or a disconnected line. No one has ever called back. The person anwsering the phone will take your money but will tell you they are a temp and cannot help you or refer you to anyone handling your case. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! Enclosed was also a statment which they billed my CREDIT CARD $44.85 Also stated that you needed a Return Merchandise Authorization Number & Product I didn't order was subject to a 15% restocking fee! We purchased a dishwasher several months ago and it was damaged by RC Willey employees while moving it - broke off the dial.
The dishwasher was never fixed and we called numerous times over a two month period. We had to do all the calling since know one called us and since we could not get any resolutions we went elsewhere to purchase a dishwasher and canceled our order, but I did not think this should go without mentioning it. I ordered a trial shipment which was to cost 4.95. A few days later I received a 30 day supply which was charged to my credit card for $89.31. The phone numbers they provide for questions, returns, cancellations, etc. are not working numbers. Also, no address was listed.
I have cancelled my credit card however, I must pay the $89.31 charge.
I have learned a valuable lesson. I will NEVER order anything else on line. For those reputable companies, I apologize as I no longer trust anyone enough to provide a credit card number. read full review »

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!
I have been ordering cigarettes from this company for almost a year now with no problems. I normally receive my order within 3 days. I placed my last order on 10/01/08 and they debited my account twice on 10/02/08. I noticed the double billing on 10/03/08 and immediately tried to pull up the website to get the 800 number. This company practices extremely deceptive sales techniques. The place a cookie or some type of spyware on my computer and made it look as if their product would be able to remove it. It created a continous loop on my desktop that did not allow me to remove it or get out of the application without forcing you to purchase the software, thinking this would solve the problem. We purchased a LAB-3 centrifugal molecular distillation system for $30, 677.00 USD. Delivery was promised in 4 weeks.

I am physically handicapped but I always try to walk whenever possible, this time however, there were buggies full of plushy dog beds stacked 8 feet high right when you come in the front door. On July 11, 2008 my son (17 years old) purchased a 2000 VW Jetta GLS from Hopkins Automotive in Seaford, Delaware. I met the owner Tom Hopkins personally and he seemed like a quality guy. Their "debt collector" as she called herself, would not let me get off the phone. She wanted to know why I had to call the bank, she repeated back to me my s.s, dob, everything personal and told me "what more do you need to know". I have never been in collections before and was so astonished by how rude this lady was. Bought a scooter from this place and the thing is basically slowly falling apart. They made it seem that everything internal would be covered for up to one year and the cosmetic parts exterior would be 6 months now the plastics cracking just from riding it and its only 300 miles on it.
