I received the first inital call regarding a directory in March 2008. They wanted to feature me in it and ask for membership fee. I thought this would be a good idea for networking. They originally told me the yearly membership would cost $149 but that if I wanted to upgrade to a 2 yr membership for $289 I would get 4 complimentary airline tickets. Gotta call from these guys also, they threatened me saying that I owwed $5000 to someone called soniccash and that if I didnt pay they felt sorry for me, said they were gonna send someone to my house to "deal with me". Purchased vehicle with $500 down. Never had chance to drive vehicle due to numerous problems. Pars Cars refuses to negotiate with repairs or trading in vehicle. I've ordered many products from this company. I would give them a 50/50 chance of getting a good product. I know this stuff comes directly from overseas and is probably why it's a bit cheaper. The biggest problem is customer service then product quality. I've requested refunds before and it took a lot of effort to get a refund. You did get a new one, right from the factory. They are apparently coming without set screws. Normally a part is removed and thrown away at the time it is replaced with a new one. I ordered 8 U-joints to fill your order and others with no issues except for the one you got. If you will measure the diameter of the set screw, I will see if we can find a suitable replacement. I believe each u-joint has 4 threaded holes. If you used only two (One on lower joint and one on upper joint) with a little thread lock, it will work fine. read full review »

My in-laws purchased a GFM television undera year ago and it started having problems a month ago. The speakers started popping when the tv is first turned on and lasts for about 30 minutes. Larry and Greg Pence built our home in 2001. Our basement has flooded four times since we moved in October 2005. We have called the Pences to ask about the drainage and grading plans but they have never returned our calls. In addition, but unrelated to the flooding, they left the old driveway from the former house in our yard so the soil won't grow there.
