This Silver Spring Maryland law firm flat out lies to you. During the initial conversation, which they make you pay $200 BEFORE talking to an attorney, they then low ball you and quote you a very low estimated cost. They don't tell you about the contract that contains another hidden $300 non refundable fee just to get started. Then they gouge you with outrageous costs for everything. I ordered a Roketa 250 cc scooter, last August 30th from Mxmotorsports, they were very quick in taking my money but all I got is a scooter that has the handle bars welded wrong (when you hold it straight the front tire point to the right) and it does not start. My dog died at a pet hospital. I used care credit to pay for his medical charges with care credit. They offered 0% for a short period. I arranged to have that balance transfered before the end of the 0% period. GEMB refused to accept the transfer and I was never informed. I checked the status just to make certain that my balance was zero and found that it was not only zero but I had accrued an additional $95. On9/9/08 I contacted WD and talked to Chris about my problem. He stated that my warranty was good until 10/27/08. I then took my hard drive to a local computer repair shop and had my data recovered for couple of hundred dollars. When I called back today I was told I voided the warranty by not having WD or one of their recommended parties retrieve the data. We are a furniture retailer in Seattle, WA. Our manufacturer from CA shipped items to us and Saia showed up unannounced. They would not release the shipment without a check. CIS Worldwide appeared to be very professional and well established public records database site. I accessed the site claims to public records for a one time fee usually $39.95. However this is misleading, what you are paying for is "credits" to do different searches for public records in their database. They sell junk. Tell you everything is guaranteed, and both the mattress and sofa were caving in within weeks. They won't replace the cushions on the sofa, and they won't replace the mattress. In 2006 I signed up for something called revival soy. The deal was to try it for 30 days and if you don't like it you send back the unused amount and you will not be charged. I emailed them and canceled and got a confirmation number and sent back the unused amount. They claimed they never got it. they claim they never got my 7 phone calls and tried to charge my credit card. A typical excuse used to turn down your claims at eSecuritel is "No cause for damage". If you cant give them an overly detailed "accidental event" that you can prove you didn't cause, your "Rejected". Prepare your story because they claim to tape you. I spoke with Representative Ms. Perez on two occasions regarding a debt they were attempting to collect for ATT for a past due cell phone bill.
