Jennifer Robertson of Everclear Cattery sold me a kitten in nov. 07. In Feb. 08 the kitten was diagnosed with FIP and was eventually put down in March 08. She refused to honor her health guarantee and even after I told her about the diagnoses she said she didn't beleive me she continued to sell kitten from that colony and they had been exposed to FIP. I submitted an order for some Carole Martin bras on September 18, 2008, enclosed a check in the amount of $33.89, which posted at my bank on October 9, 2008. After trying to confirm product shipment, which should have been received by now, I did a Google search and found all the complaints against Carole Martin for the same reason (orders that were paid for but remain unfulfilled and no way to contact vendor directly.) What a horrid business. I was told, on the phone, by their Sales Department I was to receive a Cappuccino colored Barbados futon, as depicted on their website… and a Walnut futon was delivered. I paid for a 3 month membership and noticed my bank account was overdrawn.I went into the bank to see where charges were incurred and Reunion.com billed me twice. On October 3, 2008 my bank account was charged through my debit card number for $99.95 by Alpha Red Inc. without my permission. Thankfully on October 8, 2008 it was reimbursed. My wife and I have spoke to the management at this facility on numerious occasions, concerning the door leading to the racquetball court. This door does not close properly which could lead to someone being seriously injured. Also the smell of mold in that area could be a health hazard. It is requested that these two issues be corrected as soon as posssible. Management at this facility is very supportive put it seems that complaints fall on deaf eyes at the top. With a name like Tutortime one would expect to have trained professionals working within these facilities however that is not the case. Children have little stimulation from untrained staff whom are mostly children themselves. Further, there is always a new face working there. The owner is completely out of touch with the lack of developmental stimulation, training and operates this franchise like a puppy mill. I ordered a Halloween costume from their website and it has not been shipped out as of yet. I have tried to call the phone number listed on their website 5 times and no one picks up. I have sent e-mails to three different e-mail addresses (all listed on their website) and have not received a response. We signed up for a "health insurance" plan from this company effective 1/1/2008. They started taking the wrong amount out of our checking account (EFT).
