I purchased a projector lamp, with an additional six months of warranty, from this company. After one month of waiting, a substandard product finally came. After a a few months the lamp failed. However, it didn't just burn out. It literally exploded in my projector. The glass went everywhere. I returned the product, but never received a replacement to honor the warranty. October 18, 2008 I was on the internet and saw a product made from pomegranate. The company offered a bottle of 60 capsules free and I had to pay $4.95 for the shipping. My wife and I had 2 windows installed from Window world about 4 years ago. The one in the kitchen was all right but the one in the living room is a disaster. The window came in way too small for the opening but they put it in anyway. They used small pieces of wood to hold the window in the opening. They then used probably 3 or 4 tubes of caulk to fill the gaps. This looks awful. I have been using the BATA chappal "Doctors Scroll for the past so may years.Of late it is observed that the sloe is getting faded within amonth.When the same was asked in the Bata Show room they say it is because of the sweat. I purchased a Simmons Worldclass Wickliffe Plus mattress on 9/10/2005 from Marshall Field's department store. About 9/2007, I started to experience back and hip pain. I recently sent this email to Westinghouse because my LCD which is a little over one year old seems to be failing. (In the last two weeks I have noticed that my television goes into what I call a digital scramble after being turned on for a couple of minutes.
