I have basice phone service, I don't even have caller ID on my phone right now since I am trying to cut spending were I can. I don't have voicemail service on my land line, never have, never will. I wish I had read this site before I ordered a $150 bundled package. Their advertising is very misleading. This product is not risk free, you will loose all your money. The product did not work. When you call about a refund they will offer to make it right by sending you the MEDICATED cream. I could not find their refund policy on the ordering site. I downloaded Registry Mechanic from PC Tools last year, but didn't like it so uninstalled and cancelled my account. Last week they put through a charge for $29.95 to my bank account for an auto-renewal of my subscription. The charge came from DRI*ELEMENT5.com. I bought a Walmart Visa money card for my grandson who was going away to college. I put $500 on the card to start. When I check the balance on the card 45 days later, it is $3.55. On the web site, I printed the transactions to see how and where my grandson used his money. No problem there.
