Several times now the owner of this services has charged me for services I suspect were not performed or that should have been paid by the tenant. Had he inspected the condo as he told me he would he would have known then while he had the previous tenants security deposit that the carpet needed cleaning, for which I got billed several months after the tenants deposit had been returned.
