This complaint against Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is not new, but ongoing ever since our 2005 and 2006 Federal and State Income Tax was wrongfully prepared. For 2005 I had to pay $1, 273.51 for overpayment of Federal Income Tax. For 2006 I had to pay $1, 609.60 for overpayment of South Carolina State Income Tax. Razorgator sold us tickets on field level, section 14 as a reply to my husband's request for stadium tickets to the Yankees game. Never responded to emails after buying copy to disk or even till now. Took a chance and used the simplistic program. Halfway through it bogged down causing the computer to reboot to a fatal error bluescreen. It was unable to reboot until I tried 'SafeMode' which didn't work but at least allowed the checkdisk to function. These are the same people as Charterstone Financial and Hudson Lending. They are going by the name of FIRST AVENUE LENDING GROUP. Just like the others, they asked for the money upfront, which I did of course via Moneygram. Which I realize now is a very bad idea from reading all of these reports. They are in Canada. Pars Cars is very unprofessional with their sales tactics. They take advantage of people who need cars and sell them overpriced vehicles with major problems and though they give you a 30 warrenty on the vehicle you buy the mechanics will not fix the problem with the car they only give you excuses as to why they can't do it or will tell you everything is fine when indeed it isn't. I just bought two movie tickets online. The Cinerama, movie theater's website transferred to "movietickets.com" so I just bought tickets. After that, they charge $12.00 every month to my debit card. They claim that I somehow joined a paid membership club with a $12 monthly membership charge. The website may had very small lines for this membership, but there was no selection botton of "yes" or "no" to join the membership. While with my family in the local store a drill in its case fell from the top of a storage shelf inches from hitting myself and child. A store employee was willing to help and talk with the manager that was on that particular shift that day but after talking with the manager he/she then sent that employee back to appologize. I never saw the manager or did she/he show any concern about the issue. I feel that the manager should have a least physically made an appearance to address my concern. On May 23, 2008, I contacted Circuit City/Chase to let them know that I was going to have my debt and payments made through a Consumer Credit Agency.
