I have a consumer complaint against Neopost S.A. (30955 Huntwood Ave., Hayward, CA 94544), a company that rents out postage meter service. Neopost told me I could feed envelopes through the postage meter we are renting from them just as I did the Pitney Bowes. Twice, doing this has cost us money. Our 4 year old Genie Pro opener has occasional phantom openings. When it happens neither the remote or the wall control will lower the door. The circuit breaker must be turned off and back on. Today for the first time I was able to observe the opening. The lights in the house flickered off/on one time and the door went up. I have been getting calls from this collection agency every day for over a month now. I tried to call back to inform them that the person they were looking for is not at the number they have on record. But the furthest I can go is a prompt to wait for a live agent. I ordered a large heated dog bed. It was not large enough for my old dog and I requested a return authorization. I was given the RA number. I then went to UPS to ship it back to Pet Street Mall. As it turned ou the cost to ship it back was more than the cost to purchase the item. On contacting Pet Street Mall they refuse to help. THey will not allow a return under their UPS contract nor will they offer any credit or discount. I bought a brand new computer in April with Vista and it crashes ALL THE TIME. The monitor just goes out and the cap button doesn't work half the time. Got a new monitor...didn't fix it. My 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid needed a jump start because I left the dome light on overnight (I know. I should get what I deserve for this inexcusable mistake!) I was to have my gas restore today. The customer service representive I spoke to said, "you don't have to be home, we can turn on your gas from outside." I waited one week for this service. The owner doesn't care about the quality of his workmanship. He doesn't diagnose the problem properly. He caused a part he fixed (exhaust camshaft) to fail due to his poor workmanship. Then it took me over a year to get him to tow the vehicle back to his shop. Then he didn't completely fix it and lied in small claims court. I was scheduled for a phone interview by Kristen Riffle, the "scheduler", of Bridgeway Professionals for 1:00pm on 16 Oct 2008. The interview was scheduled to be conducted by recruiter Amy Recker. I had replied two days prior via e-mail that the above-mentioned time was agreeable. However, as of ~2:00pm today (16 Oct 2008), I have yet to receive a call from Ms. Recker to conduct the phone interview, nor have I received any notice that there might be a scheduling conflict.
