I was reviewing my checking account, on line, when I noticed this electronic check for $39.99 that had gone through. I called the number and along with the reference number they were able to tell me it was for an adult website subscription!! They told me they would refund the amount and stop the subscrition and I need to call my bank to report the FRAUD as well as close my account. This is so UPSETTING!! Fortunately I caught it within a few days of it going through because I check it everyday. I notice the others on the board are around the same date. Joe Paradiso and Jeff Schlabowski claimed that they had investors to purchase homes for those who were in a financial bind. If you had at least 3000.00 they wanted to help you. The said they needed your 3 grand to get the ball rolling. I have tried to contact this company by email and phone number on mulitple occasions, with no response. Their phone number for customer service constantly says "you are caller number 1 in the que" and then goes to a voicemail about not being to help at this time and leave a message. I even called while on hold to see if it was standard, and while being "number 1 in the que" i called on a different number and received the same message. Seems odd to me. read full review »

The owner of this business is a very caddy woman. On a recent visit to this spa, of which I have been a patron for a long time, I heard the owner gossiping about another client with her current client. I find this to be extremely tacky, yet not suprising from other reviews I have found on the internet. This is a beautiful spa and I am regretting that I have to leave, I do not however support a business based only on service, but on the atmosphere and the owner creates a sour undertone that is very unpleasent. read full review »

This company is TERRIBLE. I have dealt with them twice now in regards to delivering mulch and other bulk materials (rock, barkdust) and I'm absolutely sure I will never use them again. They are rude on the phone when taking orders from customers. Their system of not being able to give you a window of delivery time (they say "we'll deliver tomorrow, or Tues, as opposed to tomorrow morning between 9am and 11am.) is very compromised. MY complaint is pretty much the same as every one elses. This company is impossible to get thru to, I've been trying for over a week to get thru to them. The phone number is either always busy, or they tell you all their company representatives are busy, please press "1" to stay on the line, when you press 1 you are immediately disconnected. Had a balance of 67.00 and used an atm for 75.00...Had over 400.00 in service charges. I called the band in fair haven michigan where I have had an account for 18 years plus a mortgage (2) and all they would take off was 100.00. Not only that...When I Hung Up...I looked at my account and they closed it the next day.

I called to have my subscription ended on the date that was the end of my billed period. They chose to put a new date on it, so that I was billed automatically to my credit card. They billed me for the full 2 months (even though the date they picked for stopping it would have involved three papers only). This place claimes that is is an accredited music college through an affiliation with SUNY Old Westbury. It has been accepting students for under grad. and GRAD. students for Master Degree and Music Therapy courses as well. The truth is, their so called affiliation is nothing but an on-going business deal for the past 6 yrs. and w.o. any promise or gurantee that it will work out. I added minutes on a friend's go -phone" pay as you $25.00 and after this they charged my debit card for the next 10 months to auto pay his bill in the amount of 77.01 per month. I called and talked to the Manager and they said if you you use your card to make a payment one has to call and cancell card. I made it cleared that this was for one time only. you should never talk to these people on the phone or exchanging any info about your car and ext. this company is totaly rip of and based on LYES... They are very agressive sales people, you cant just finish the conversation and hang up the phone without giving them some credit card number. stay away from this company.
When i talked to them on the phone, i asked them if i could see the contract or sample contract they could not show me anything about the warranty, but they want the money...

let me tell you story of my life. I worked for this company when I was younger only 22. They are a company that overcharges the Government and NASA for headsets and other products. I mentioned one day that I thought they were making faulty headsets and were overcharging the government for their products.
