These people are good at what they do, which is get money and screw you over. My daughter is all stressed out and we're considering legal action against Simplicity Gourmet, a cookware company promising a free trip. She's trapped in a contract for FIVE PANS for $1800!!! I was billed $128.65(USD) from an adult site I did not subscribe to. It even says "followed by $109.80(USD) every 30 days." When i try to log in to my CCBill account with the subscription ID, it says NO SUBSCRIPTION FOUND. I purchased a processor on August 15 2008. I used it for approximately 2 months before it had a failure. I contacted Intel customer support, where after wasting my time for approximately 30 minutes, the technician told me my product was OEM and not eligible for warranty. I clicked on this offer through e-miles promotion and thought it seemed like a good deal. When I got to the end I realized that the shipping charges were exorbitant and found no place to cancel my order or remove items from the shopping cart. So, I closed the window. I first paid data processors 24.95 to enroll in their program and then i was sent a new website to evaluate each new day and was to be paid ten dollars for each evaluation. After the first 60 days i was to receive payment for the first 30 days and be paid every 30 days after. however after the first 60 days i was asked to become a gold member. I said yes and no payment ever came and i found that i could not contact this org. Yet new assignments came via email every day. On November 30, 2007 we bought eight Kelly commercial truck tires from Miami Tiresoles in Hileah Gardens, Florida. Over the weekend, one tire went flat. We returned to Miami Tiresoles Monday morning. The only thing they could find was a valve stem leaking so they replaced that at no cost to us. We were leased to a company which has mostly light loads. I discovered a charge for $19.95 billed to my Windstream landline from Info Dial. I contacted Windstream and after checking the issue, said someone had to have signed up for something via the internet. I pointed out that the time this was done - 12:05 AM, no one was awake in my house TO sign up for anything. I was enrolled in the LPN to RN program via The College Network (another group of crooks). This college charges all kinds of fees that go up on a regular basis. They claim that they are there for the student, but that is not true. Calling them is a headache, if you can get anyone on the phone. The lost my application for clinical. This place doesn't issue refunds. It doesnt issue refunds for students who never took the lesson, it doesnt give refund before the lessons even start 3 weeks before hand, there is no tuition refund for after school, ESL school, College, music lessons, art lessons. in the ESL brochures, it specifically states that refunds are given to students before the lessons start. I had used them once before for a very very minor service and they were good and the price was reasonable. So, I used them again a few months later to do a more serious work on my car: Replace the 4 tires with the ones I brought with me, among other things. I received a postcard from Great Fun saying membership fees had gone up and 13.99 and would be charged to my credit card if I did not cancel membership. Say what?!!! The Company told me I would NOT have to file bankruptcy to stop my foreclosure. They said I wouldn't pay the mortgage company for 12 months up to 24 months. Instead I would pay them and they will negotiate with the mortgage company.
