I had the same problem as the other guys. He showed me a car via email and I checked the carfax. He had me look at a car but had other VIN # on it. I gave the deposit, then went home and saw it had a different VIN. The carfax on that car he tried to sell me was in an accident. He won't give the deposit back. I've filed reports and taking him to court. I'm only glad I didn't pay in full for the car. For those of you who did, I'm sorry...I was almost one of you. I have been trying to get my gas turned on in my new residence for 2 weeks first they told me there was an investigatin because meter was romoved because of last tenet. This company said/told me that the $49.50 was a one-time fee for "access to information" regarding government grants. I ordered a credit report from this company on a trail basis for 7 days for a one time charge of $1. I canceled it on the 3rd day. But this company connected my information with another website and gave them my debit account and they are charging my account $1.00 a month for something I did not authorize. Datavo is the worst company I have ever worked with. I am restuarant and have had no phone service for 1 whole week and after the tech finally came out to fix the problem I now have no internet or phone service. I have spent hours on the phone with tech support and have disconnected and put on hold numerous times. I purchased a vehicle at the end of 2007. It is a 2006 Dodge Magnum. I drove the car with it being stock and it rode great. I wanted some aftermarket wheels on it from their showroom. I have THREE Ativa CX10W shredders and two of them are nothing more than JUNK. I would not recommend this brand to anyone or any business. We spend more time unclogging them than shredding. I have "Electric Residential Service CAP Opt D" which is a State funded assistance program. My budget plan payment has been $49.00 all year, which has always been paid on time. I was with them for 3 years. I sent them a mail telling them I wanted to terminate my account and to let me know when the last day would be and they cut me off within the hour despite the fact I had paid for several more days. I was left without email or a web site for 48 hours while I frantically arranged swapping to another provider. Their billing department were responsible and offered no apology with pigeon english one line replies to my emails. I HATE this microwave! We purchased it 4/05 and it has not gone a single year without a repair. After the warranty expired, we bought insurance every year! The most recent breakdown was 9/29/08 and it had to be taken to the shop. We got it back 2 weeks later and it worked for 8 days.
