I called NSI, the provider of our extended warranty on our Frigidaire washer, due to the drum banging around. This was on Oct.12. The first repair company did not come out until Oct. 20. He said he needed to order parts and would return in a week. Hello, I was promised to save $2500 by Dia group or TDA INC. that they charged $690 of my credit card. they scheduled me for a phone call, which I never received. They called my credit cards customer service got all the information. We have been paying faithfully on time every month. But, somehow the way they have their billing system set up it shows as us paying early every month, which for some bizarre reason is not allowed!!! I recently went to my bank and discovered PVC computer club -which I do not belong to-has been electronicly withdrawing money out of my account twice a month. My failure to keep track of my statements prevents me from knowing just how long they were doing it. My bank will only go back two months. How can I get my money back? I canceled out of whatever they said I supposedly filled out online and they took unauthorized charges out of my bank account and caused an overdraft fee and are now saying that I supposedly filled out the forms and summited them and authorized them to take the money. She then went on to give me the terms and conditions of the loan. I was so excited because I could have consolidated my bills with this loan. I took my truck to have 2 front tires put on, that was on friday. I was driving home from work monday night and my right front tire just flew off. I called economy tire and explained the situation and they refused to make it right and claimed they did nothing wrong. I got a hold of the manuals and they recommend 40lbs of pressure for the lug buts. He used an impact gun which applies 200lbs of pressure.
