WOW, guess I'm not the only one going through this nightmare. I was stupid enough to order the sample product, submit a total of 3 emails to cancel further orders, yet get hit with the $88.97 charge weeks later. Then, to find out today, that this company is giving out a telephone number with the debit transactions for another completely different company ... who, I may add, are as frustrated as us duped customers. We switched from just Comcast Broadband to Broadband/tv/landline in Sept 2006. In April 2008 the computer decided that we hadn't returned the first modem (like we collect old modems). I have had Gexa for the past 2 years. My bills have always bounced between $135 and $190 every month. Not bad. For whatever reason, the last 2 months have been over $330!! ! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? HI I had my foreign degree evaluted by this company in 1994. I am a teacher by profession and needed to get certified. I called the compeny to get my evaluations mailed to the relevant bodies only to be told that they do not archive evaluations. I was very upset told them the cost is so minimal to store documents. I have been with the local school system for several years. This is the first year that Lifetouch has ever charged faculty and staff for our protrait package. The pictures are reasonalbly good, but not at their prices. This is a rip off. They make enough on the student pictures to still offer us a freebie. I purchased a hat from BHMgolf. It didn't fit so I am returning it. Once the owner, Brian Meyer, caught wind of this he decided that he was going to deduct the refund because he said I wasn't charged for shipping. I placed an order with this company because it has a return guarantee. When i received the items it wasn't what they claimed to be. To return the item is impossible because they provided an address to return the item but yet cannot be return without a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) that can only be obtain by calling the 1-866-938-4832. I visited your Pharmacy located in Wildwood, NJ and submitted my prescription for Viagra. The pharmacist informed me in public with loud voice that my insurance only approves Levitra because Viagra is a "pleasure drug for recreation". It seems that she is unprofessional with her communication skills as well as ignorant by not recognizing that this drug is indicated for Erectile Dysfunction. I bought a Revlon blow dryer from Folica. I'd done a tonne of research on this blow dryer, found it was one of the best on the market (better than a lot of the $200 blow dryers) and decided what the hell, I may as well buy it as it was only $28.95. I had a $20 charge on my credit card from WPI PArenting MAG, yet I never subscribed to this magazine. When I called the mag to complain, they said it was the fault of the Destination maternity. I mailed the rebate form plus the box end with codes as directed and a copy of my order confirmation for a new phone service but did not get my rebate. I have been in contact with AT&T online but they say the did not receive it. I has been since July 2008 they said it takes at least 8 weeks. Now it is OCtober 30, 2008. They were suppose to send the rebate promo card. I have always had trouble with AT&T and their rebates. It takes several phone calls just to get the correct form. Man, do I feel dumb. I never thought I could fall for such misleading website. I like many others wanted to purchase stamps from the ease of my computer. In Aug., 2008, payments were made through these sites, and after a 1 day trial memberships, my credit card was automatically charged full membership fees, even though there was no access to the sites that they were billing me for. When I tried to contact these companies, using the phone number provided, which happens to be the same for both billing companies, I was given other phone numbers to other companies that had no idea or any records of the accounts.
