I bought 20005 nissan altima, it was brand new car from dealer, I had only 1 miles on it when I bought this car. Never had problem until near 30, 000 miles check engine light came on. This was on 12-2007, I went to Cerritos Nissan and service rep told me my fuel pump is bad and there was recall on onboard computer. They fixed it under warranty. I notice something weird. On October 5th I had ordered a trial supply of a form of teeth whitener, which was delivered. On October 28, 2008, a debit of $88.97 was made on my checking account. I never ordered any-

Joined as it was FREE, then discovered that if I wanted to return emails I had to be a paying member. Because I got such a positive response from over 50 females I decided to join. Once paying my joining fee I have never received another inquiry from another woman or have I ever received a response from any of my emails. I now can't contact anyone to cancel( other than a customer service email that never gets answered) If you don't cancel they continue to take money out each month...can you help? my email is [email protected]

About 6 months after I had replacement windows installed, I noticed the caulk across the bottom of the windows was turning brown. I called the owner to come out and look. It was always too late for her to come, she was on the other side of town, etc. Finally, I told her it made no difference how late as I have outside lights. She came after dark, ask for a cloth and cleaner and
tried to scrub it. Couldn't, then held her hands up, brought them down and asked if I knew dirt came DOWN. She said she "just got a bad batch of caulk."... read full review »

Our home is with Ocwen Mortgage. We are having financial difficulties at this time. We are going on 90 days past due with them. Previous to this, we have faxed, e-mailed and mailed "financial difficulty" packet and everytime I have called to find out if they have received it, they advise that they have not. Advertised diesel price for cash/debit card to be .10/gallon lower. In actuallity, when using my debit card at the pump, I was charged credit price. After filling my fuel tank, I checked the price charged and noticed the discepancy. I went inside the shop and asked for a correction of the amount charged and the clerc told me that the cash /debit price was only valid if I came into the store first, and offered my debit card there.

Come to find out the county appraiser for my area was not doing his job, in fact he was placed under investigation becuase of it. I worked for PromoModels on April 2008 I haven't received my check within 90 days as it says in the contract. I called, I e mailed and no replies. After had left several messages I got my check on October (after 6 months). Conclusion: There's no funds in the check + that my bank charged the fee for processing it.

Strauss Photo Technical Service (SPTS) took for repair my stereo system (AIWA CX-NDS8U) in the middle of June 2006.
The output to speakers didn't work, but I could use my headphones and it sounded pretty good. So I paid for diagnostics and Strauss technician promised to get it repaired in two-three weeks.
