Put me on salary, I got one check and worked for 3 months. My company was a sales partner and owes it $20k. Never got a w2 or 1099. Owes one of my customers about 6k for a cash back program he never honored. Google this "3949a form" its a form you can fill out to the IRS if you have proof of tax evasion or fraud. I have been with 1and1.com for a couple of years. I have purchased many domain names. They recently contacted me to advise their rates have gone up. I told them I will be transferring to GoDaddy any domains I want to keep and letting any I no longer want, expire. Bay Area Credit Service LLC sent me a letter saying I took an ambulance and that I needed to pay almost $700 to them, but that if I paid it within 30 days they would except $200!!! They sent us proofs to sign that were not even in regards to our business (a funeral homes advertisement). In Oct. '07, The Grant People contacted us saying they could get us a grant for $500, 000. We would need to send $2500 for down payment, other half would be paid when grant was recieved. Then in Feb. '08 they needed money for a business plan which was $10, 000. We gave half down again with a promise that we would recieve a grant for $250, 000 then they would continue looking for other grants for the remaining amount.
