We last spoke to PRT's accounting department on 8/29/2008 and was informed our refund check of $350 for the core charge return would be mailed out at the end of the month. We have never received a check from PRT and now when we attempt to call the company all we receive is a busy signal? We would not recommend that anyone do business with this company. Terrible Service! To keep this short and to the point, my wife and I purchased a one year (2 visit) a/c and heating service plan from Strayer Mechanical in Feb. 08. I received a "Get up and go" hotel certificate, which entitles user to 3days/2 nights stay hotel stay. Literature strongly implies that the hotel is a Wyndham resort in a select resort location. I chose the Smokey Mtns and made a reservation. When I received the certificate in the mail, it said the confirmed stay is at a motel not affiliated with Wyndham. It looks like a dump. I called the C/S on the certificate, and they said they don't use Wyndham anymore. This is clearly a scam and a huge misrepresentation on the part of the "get up and go" people. Brad Eiseman claims to have a mailing list of 100 000 hardware retailers and will send a postcard mailing for 3c a piece to all these companies. As of today, I'm still trying to remedy a situation...I got a disposable camera with prepaid developing and postage from Office Depot's website.
