I am completely appaled by the 'Routon Boom' commercials. These commercials are pasted all over the television networks and appear to be played more than the political commercials. Their lack of sensitivity to the people that cannot have children is unexcusable. The pain associated with not being able to have a natural child is undescribable. My mother is in a nursing home and I have been trying to get phone service in her room which was already wired for service. It took a week for installation and there was no service after they said it was completed. Yesterday I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours. After 26 hours the phone number was being answered but my mother's phone was still dead. After spending 90 minutes on the phone today and I am being told that the best they can do is fix it within 24 hours. This company is totally incopetent. read full review »

I ordered and paid for several Girl Scout-related scrapbook supplies from this site in October 07 and never received them. It is now Nov 08 and no word, and the site is down. I had emailed the owner several times regarding my order and she kept telling me they were behind on orders, etc., but I would never have guessed that they were so far behind that they couldn't get the orders shipped by Christmas. I received the Luminous Brites Teeth Whitening Kit on Saturday, November 1, 2008. I opened the package and examined the materials inside and I changed my mind after I saw the two trays and a sort of hyperdermic needle contraption with some weird looking gel inside. I hope someone sees my complaint from Affordable Power. I called your company to tell them I was signed into an agreement for 12.9 cents unethically. Your company did not show me my customer bill of rights. You charged me an extremely high price (12.9 cents per kwh) for a COMMERCIAL business. I now have a different perspective about CCBILLEU that may be helpful to some of you who have also been automatically billed by them. Late September 08 a billing from them appeared on my VISA. I called CCBILLEU to inquire about it and to explain that I hadn't authorized it. The young man who took my call quickly consulted with a manager then said they would block further charges. We were asked by AMEX to buy a higher level of credit card with Costco which costs $100. a year so we can have better priveledges. This company has partnered with Blue Paradise Group Corp and Westgate Resorts to coax people to participate in their meetings to offer them time share properties for sale. They have no intention of ever following up with the cash and other gifts which they promise, but rather use stall tactics and I guess assume that people will tire of the process. Four charges for magazines appeared on my credit card statement. I never received any notice of renewal which should be criminal. When I called TWX at 1-800-927-9651, I got an automated system that allowed me to cancel my magazine. BEWARE: Please listen very carefully to all the options as only one allows you to cancel your magazines and receive a credit on your statement for the issues you want to cancel. The manager simply DOES NOT backup his policy of honoring the lowest price quote. He will state that your quote is unsubstantiated and that his price is lowest. ALSO, anything you buy there is considered a SPECIAL ORDER, which you will not be told; and NO REFUNDS are issued on special orders! So THINK VERY HARD before you buy there. Part of the promotion was that I would received $400.00 in gas vouchers, to be redeemed at $25.00 per month for a period of 16 months. This company was so quick to talk me into getting me magazine subscriptions at a cheaper price than normal. However, they did not begin shipping me the magazines until 3 months later. After I asked them if I could cancel, they said that I would have had to mail in the cancelation notice and they would have had to receive it two days after I spoke with them on the phone.
