I made an order 10/20 for an 11/8 event date. My account was charged promptly however I have repeatedly reached out to the company via their phone # on the website and the email address with no response. It is now 2 business days before my event and am going to have to purchase locally. It is very frustrating calling them daily and the phone just rings. Teh talked ot me I sent them one account for 15, 000.00 to collect on they said they talked to the guy and that they needed to sue him. In order to do that they needed 2500.00 up front . I told them I did not have it. They made me a deal to pay 870.00 when service had been made on the guy. The got my bank account information and took out the 870 before they could even prepare any papers to file anything. I am like all the others, unauthorized debit from my accounts. I have called three times and they still appear. How do they get away with this? After being on hold for 10 minutes for the third time I get someone who is vague and of course asking for my credit card # as they cannot find me by my name, ph#, etc., same story as before. I now keep this account to the minimum as I think I am being stolen from. At this point after finishing this complaint I'm going straight to the Better Business Bureau and Internet Fraud. This organization is very unprofessional decideds to conduct there business unethically. I had work done and was quoted one price yet charged a higher price. When I confronted the owner he was rather rude and did not provide a reciept for the charges. In addition he charged my credit card three times for work that was not done. This organization also has many other business under the umbrella of talent unlimited. I would not recommend this company at all. I had damage to my natural gas line in to my house. I understood that it would be an expensive repair bill, but the bill that I received was outrageous. The final bill arrived and the materials were charged at $68 and the equipment was charged at $119. No problem, that's the cost of materials and goods. I ordered this product and THANK GOODNESS I googled information about it afterwards. The phone number is fake. They say they will ship you the Acai Berry Supreme free trial within a couple of weeks but they never do. Then, under their terms & conditions, they say they will begin charging your card over $100 a month for the product unless you cancel. It's impossible to cancel. I gave them $575.00 for a retest at DMV and there truck had an airleak and gauges that moved all around, they caused me to fail the retest. I was suspicious the day I signed up in April 2008, about 5-6 months ago. The host asked me if I wanted a free script that was an FFMPEG script that cost about $100-200 to this day. As a new home owner I didn't understand or even know I had a home warranty until my front entry started rotting. Whatever exterior building material that had been used allowed water to wick up behind the material and decay from the backside. National Relocations picked up my delivery from Charlotte, NC on Oct.1st 2008. I was not honored my internet price quote and was asked to pay about $600 more. I purchased a bowflex last year and was financed through HC Credit. I received a letter a month ago that they had closed my account, with no explanation and for no reason. I have been trying to logon to their website to make a payment but I kept getting errors. I mailed a check to their snail mail address and it came back, undelivered. Exactly 4 years ago, I purchased a Kenmore Elite Ultra Wash Dishwasher. I made myself use it at least once every couple of weeks to keep it in good shape, i.e. I was told to do this by the installer.
