New roof not done right, left nail POP nine years never a problem after new roof from Teeter's water leak from one (1) nail. Roofer (Rod) came out took picture of nail in attic tried to pull down and was unable. I ordered this Green Tea Extreme for $1 and $1.95 shipping when I got it the charges had been for a total of $42.85. They had included Hooiburst Gum and Hoodiawater. I did not agree to purchasing these other items and certainly not to get charged for them. I tryed calling the number on the sales receipt and the hold for this was 45 minutes or more according to them they have a high call volume of course they do people are upset for getting ripped off! Their correctional facility phone system is cumbersome and user unfriendly. When you have a problem you cannot get a "voice" to talk to. On their automated return your call system, they called me back one hour later and after picking up my phone and waiting no one was on the line to talk to me. On 12/04/04 we purchased a engine from Jasper Engine for a Eagle Talon TSi. It came with a 36 month or 50, 000 mile Parts & Labor warranty. I am in California and was also billed through AT&T for $16.30 by Signature Market News. This was not ordered by me or my daughter. I have called AT&T to try and have these Third Party Billings blocked and they said they will place a block but can not guarantee that it will work each time. There is no charge for this blocking. My bank gave me the ACH ID number for the company that's taking your money. That ID number is 141191381 and the name of the bank that's debting your accounts is Profinium Financial. This ACH ID number is used by all and more of the online cigarette retailers - all of your monies are going to the same bank. The bank would not give me that names of the websites involved so they gave me a number to call for Keystone customer service. Don't have your business meeting at the Sheraton Nashville! They charged all of our attendees for the rooms that we had signed up to pay for under our credit card. Then they treated our guest poorly about reversing the charges which took them a long time to revers. When I made a complaint to the sales manager she was not receptive and then she didn't even return my email or calls.
