This is a followup to my previous post. I am posting for two reasons. I never did get paid for the four days I worked there ($280). Secondly, they are continually running the same hiring ad which was just renewed today. What happened to the 10 people left in my group? They say they only need seven people in the ad. I was told I would be able to refinace my new vechicle with no problem. Once I waited the expected time and went back to the dealer I was told I could not do it. Rapidshare premium service is horrible. When I first joined they had 25gb for 5 days then they increased it to 10gb a day, which was great. But at the end of October, it's been reduced to 2.7gb a day and they still charge you the same price. They claim that this is an improvement! I was stupid enough to believe what the wrote saying that "existing plans" won't be affected. So I renewed my account. I sent for a trial offer, i cancelled immediately sand sent e-mails tried to call but yiu never answer the contact phone. I get put on hold ... I am still being charged weekly for products I did not order and I now have 6 chgs. I was recently terminated from JB Hunt for being involved in an accident that was not my fault according to the police report. But JB fired me they stated that I was still under the 90 days. Thats the only explanation I received from them. I asked why I was terminated and was hung up on. I joined lifestyle fitness in June of 2007, I was told I had a year contract and at the end of the year I needed to write them and tell them that I wanted to cancel. In April, May, and June 2008, I wrote life style fitness to inform them I wanted to cancel my contract. I received no response and each month 40.00 was deducted from my account. I used a company called thesignbandits.com (FL) - paid $305.00 that claims he can 'put out signs in 48 states'. He did not put out the signs, wont return calls or emails and does not answer his phone. Yet I see he (Greg from the sign bandits) is still posting all over message boards as recently as Monday and trying to bait people into his 'service'. I'm not sure if this is something I can do anything about or not, but I left my Dell Axim pocket pc on a Clark Travel charter bus back in August of 2005 and I have called them to try and get it back. The first time I called the lady said she would have maintenance check the buses for it, but they didn't find any thing. I want consumers to know that the mytreat gift card offered at this time of year for a Christmas gift is a rip off. My girls received one each 2 years ago and have been saving it for a special occasion. That time had come only to find out the balance is gone on monthly charges. The purchaser gave visa almost $25.00 out of $50.00 as each girl has only used the cards once for approximately half the amount and charges of $2.00/ month started in July 2008. People are out there deceiving people with the dream of wealth. Some thing that all people dream of. These people do not care who you are they just get you to send them money. Your hard earned money to get the so called winnings that they claim you have won. The government or Better Business Bureau should do something about these scams. In late October I went to pick up my Audi at FSK Audi. It had some work done on it already, I paid the bill and went to get into my car. I have been with asm for two years and have heard it all bad and good. Since we had to get the Varisign account for our share info on the 1st I haven't been able to get any info. I sent an email to the chrystal who ever site and get WARNING emails saying the domain does not exist!!! Then I sent three emails to support and no reply. I feel prey to this company right out of college. They promise that you will make $500.00 or more a week. I was there for only 3 weeks and made a total of $200.00. It was a final straw when they convinced me to go on a business trip for a week to a small town near Springfield. They got us this cheap hotel room that I had to share with 2 other people that I just met. I had to share a bed with a total stranger. They didn't pay for my gas to go down there, meals, or anything. They sent me a letter saying that it was my last chance for an extended warranty for my vehicle, so I had my boyfriend call and see if it was a good deal. Apparently I'm not alone based on the complaints I found on the Internet. It's very simple, on May 20, 2008, I purchased a CD of the Oberon Media game called "Big City Adventure-San Francisco. I was charged but it has never been delivered. I have emailed their customer service many times, with responses of all false promises such as "we're having problems with our CDs..." or someone will get back to you within 12 days. Lack of communication/information/warning given to patient (minor) or parents of patient before or after surgery regarding extreme swelling to penis caused by dressing being wrapped tight around scrotum following surgical procedure for a hydrocele. I signed up and was mis lead on three different things. First: I was told that I could rent out the spaces I had just purchased and this of course is untrue. Second: I was told that there would be no credit card in my name, this turned up to be a lie as well. I actualy called the fraud department because I believed my identity had been stolen. I took my car into Domestic Auto for a check engine light. I have to trust that what they told me needed to be fixed, was really what the problem was. My check engine light is no longer on. The reason I question if what they charged me for is really true is because they always do a “final inspection" of your car to alert you to other problems. This company identifies themselves, as a loan approval company, asks you to verify some information over the phone about you and your bank account, once they have all your information, they will then give you this bogus website to go to to find out how much money you are approved for. I got a loan from Ace. I paid down and had to take it back out several times. The last time I paid down the total times available to me which was three and then I had to pay like an extra $400 in interest. Well I couldn't pay that. I strongly agree with all of the complaints on this site. I have been an FPL customer for 20 years. I have been late a few times, but never have I been shut off. Yesterday I received a bill from FPL for a deposit for almost $500 because of two late payments in the past I believe six months. I called and asked to spread the payments over a longer amount of time and they said no. I asked about an extension to pay and they said possibly but it would only be for a few days.
