I have been paying for 2 years on my 2006 Kia spectra. I bought it for @16.000- got a loan for 18, 000 and still owe 16, 000. Triad says in the first 2 years of the loan you're paying off the interest. At this rate it will never get paid off. I had taken my car in to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. When I arrived, my Ford Explorer was running just fine. When I left, it was immediately making noises and the check engine light was on. Unable to pick up the call, 13 additional calls were logged as received from Argosy University during the day with the last call logged at 6:24pm. I called HP and was told that my system was out of warranty but I could send it in and they would repair it for a charge. This company Travel Pal Vmail has continuously put charges on my phone bill with Embarq for $14.95 every month for services i have never purchased. they always claim it was done online. I called GMAC today to ask why we not have a 24.95 HOME WARRANTY charge added to our mortgage. She checked the file and we have been charged 24.95 all the way back to December 2006. I was shocked. no one there could tell me what it was for. I filed a complaint with a lady named Sabrina, she said she will write a letter to her supervisor and get back to me by Monday or Tuesday. I purchased glasses over a year ago and the right lense keeps getting hair line fractures/cracks at the edge of the lense. The eye/vision store repair the 1st 2, then the insurance co. VSP wanted to have them shipped to them to repair them the 3rd & 4th time. This time they tell me it has been over a year and will not replace the 1 lense for free anymore.
