I did not authorize an annual renewal of Norton. I was without a computer for a month and when I obtained onother one I put Norton on it. I just received my bank statement and have another Norton annual renewal on it for $53.49 witch I did not authorize. I am calling my bank and trying to get it taken off. I do not need two of them. The debit card used to make payment was never used - there is no record of an attempted payment at the bank from Vesta. However, the phone company sent me a collection notice stating that I am being charged for nonpayment of a debt. I abhor this charge; I detest this, because it is not true. Also, when I attempt to upload again, the Vesta refuses to do so, because of nonpayment. When I try to pay with a debit card from the same account, it is decline - they say by the bank. My wife just told me that after simply making an inquiry as to if it would be possible to get a lower credit card rate on an account which has been successful and paid on time as per the rules of the credit company. I bought a Kenmore Power Miser 9 Gas Water Heater from Sears and the pilot light stops working resulting in cold water all the time. I called Sears and their Service not only sucks but they refuse to honor their warranty for free parts, I bough the water heater in December 2005 and it has a 9 year warranty. I test drove a vehicle and it had a tire sensor fault light on. I mentioned it to the employee and he told me that it was a reset issue when they changed the tires.
