I took my Jeep Cherokee to Fletcher's Tire and Auto on 90th street in Scottsdale on for several issues including a check engine light and a "shaky" front end at higher driving speeds. I was a victum of fast talk. When i tried to cancel the subscription they informed me i had a total of three. Downloaded free trial program. It does diagnosis, then says you must purchase full copy to remove spyware. Purchased full version, downloaded it. It is the same as the free trial version, and gives me the same message that I need tp purchase. Contacted the company using their only provision, of email. All I get is an autoresponder with a link to frequently asked questions. Answer is not there. I contracted for a wrought iron driveway gate anchored to 6-foot tall brick columns. All the work was done by nameless subcontractors whom I did not approve.
