I saw the ad on tv about the wrap around colored glasses. Thought that would be a good thing to have since they fit over your regular glasses. I ordered two pair, one for me and one for my daughter. Ordered parts for my car Sept. 22nd. Received a few emails saying the part is on back order due to supply shortage from EIBACH. After almost two months of emails saying product is still on back order, I tried to call company. Guess what? They are GONE!!! If you have been scamed as I have try calling the 1800-989-5907 then select #2 and you will be able to talk to someone to cancel your money being taken from your account without your approval. I was told I would have a $4.95 for shipping and handling only. They overcharged me on 10/14 but when I called back he said he was sorry and that he would refund the $44.95 and he did. I received a free sample of Luminous Brites dental whitener by mail. I did not agree to buy this product. I agreed to try it out, which I haven't had a chance to do. I had this credit card since 2007, never made a late payment, recieved a credit limit, and just recently went online to salute to make a payment. I always pay over the amount due. I noticed on my account summary the credit limit stated 0$. RCN is the worst cable company service I have ever had to deal with. Not only are their tech support people incompetent, they barely spoke English. I had service activated 9/21/2008 and had decent picture quality and internet service. I started to experience trouble in around 10-10-2008 where my picture went in and out and my internet stopped working. I called tech support to see if they can help and after holding for about 45 minutes I finally got to speak to an actual person.
