When our loan was origianlly sold to this company I called to set up an escrow account, they gave me so many hoops to jump through I decided to pay my taxes/insurance on my own. For two years I made monthly payments to my county for $250.00 without any problems, then out of the blue ASC sent us a letter stating that they had paid all owed property taxes and set us up on a forced escrow account for future taxes. I purchased a complete set of Family Matters dvds in August. More than 3/4's of them were un playable. I requested a refund and was told the bad dvds would be replaced. These dvds came from China. Gexa Energy is a complete RIP OFF. The worst service EVER. I have been disconnected 2 times in 10 days. Now how can this be. I got a message from them about my service. I called and spoke to a rep on Oct 27. She told me i needed to pay $200. I did so that same day. On Nov 3rd guess what, my service was disconnected. I called to find out the problem. These guys are the worst of the worst. While they offer cheap shared hosting and a huge list of available features their customer service is abysmal. In fact I was told by the senior net admin. (whom I have a sneaking suspicion is one of the owners) that he was a graduate student and did not have time to answer all of his shared hosting clients e-mails. This is not a complaint, but a commendation for A&E Factory Service I bought a Maytag refrigerator from Home Depot about two months ago. The icemaker failed to deliver cubes or crushed ice almost immediately, I think I made one glass of cubes, tried to crush one, and the unit failed. Called Maytag and was referred to a small, local company in Sarasota. They came and inspected the unit, told me it needed a new delivery system, motor, everything. Drove to Denver (5hrs-one way) to purchase a new 2008 Saturn Outlook in mid-August from Saturn North. Mid October was in Denver visiting. My car quit in the street at 5 p.m. downtown Denver Friday evening rush hour. Pushed my Onstar for help(I'm not impressed with them.) I ordered and received a light fixture with a large BROKEN globe. I reported this to customer service on July 15, 2008. Pencro told me that I could settle an account for a lower fee. I paid all the money I had to them to settle this account -- about 1000 dollars. We are in the middle of a house wide remodeling project. After looking into granite counter tops my husband and I decided to go with Rock Tops. That turned out to be a terrible mistake. First When purchasing our counters they tried to sneek extra charges in. I recently got married and moved out of the Brooklyn area. I called to cancel my contract. The person answering said the only way was to send a letter by Certified Letter to the new owner in Webster, TX. I called back and got the same response from the next customer service person. I will make this short as many other people have gone into greater detail about Taylor Street (Justin) and the SCAM/FRAUD they committed. I gave them $5, 300 for (6) tradelines and NEVER did one post. I kept calling and calling to chat with Justin or anybody at the firm but nobody returned my calls or emails. They were fast and fairly priced; yet when I brought the computer back to our office, I found that all the viruses I told them about were still on the computer!
