I sent for a free trail for the acai pure and recviced not only the free trail but two other products that I didn't order.
They charge my account $44.85.
I try to call them but to no avail.
The frist time I try Iwas told the wait would be 56mins and 30seconds.
tThe second the wait was long but each time I waited no matter how long I never was able to talk to anyone .
Therefore I will return the whole package and wait for credit on my account. Which I know will never come.
I will let my credit company know to stop all future chargers and sent a letter to my lawyer for on line fraud and press chargers

I purchased an extended warranty from Heritage via my auto broker when I purchased my new car in 2003 (it's a 2004 model). I paid over $1700.00 for the contract and just in the last few months encountered an issue with my car that fell under this warranty. My dealer contacted them to get an authorization number and find out the coverage amount before having the repair done. They cancel your card when you miss one payment and you are not notified until you try to use the card. When you call in that is when they tell you. I believe everyone should have more than one chance before they are totally cancelled. The credit limit is only $300.00 and they charge more than half that amount with all the fees before you can even use it. How is this giving a person another chance at establishing credit again if you yank the rug from under them right away? read full review »

I contacted your customer service on November 13th and was told that your technical people would send me instructions of how to download (by e-mail). They said I would recdeive that e-mail within 15 or twenty minutes. It has been over four hours and i have not received any such e-mail.

I ordered from this merchant some human hair from his website. He never sent the merchandise and never answered any of my email or voicemails. I paid through Paypal and lodge a complaint. He pretended to answer by giving them a USPS tracking info, but never shipped the merchandise. This guy is a crook. His name is Russ Little (if that's even his real name). Never order from him! I made an appointment over the phone for two separate laser hair removal procedures and was told that a credit card was needed to hold the reservations. The appointments scheduled were for arm hair removal on 11/10/08 and chin and lip hair removal for 11/12/08. I was told that if I needed to cancel the appointments, so long as they were cancelled greater than 24 hours in advance I would not be charged for them.

From Cottonwood Futons, I purchased a futon frame, mattress, drawers for the frame, and a cover for the mattress. I received the drawers in a undamaged shipping box with the bottoms cracked. Had a deal to get a supplement (Acacia (sp?) Berry for free paying only the shipping.
When I called to find out who charged me for what, they told me in the fine print it said something about a membership and not canceling within 7 days... I asked to speak with a manager and then he said he would credit my account as a one time courtesy and gave me a confirmation number.
I hope they really do because money is very tight and I would never have and now never will again buy or try something online.

The escutcheon did not arrive . eFaucet again agreed, via phone, the escutcheon was to have been included and said it would be shipped. Later eFaucet welched on the agreement saying: "I am sorry you were given incorrect information." They will now sell it to me for about $85.00 more charge...they will waive shipping!
