While trying to solve a computer problem for me, Geeks by the Minutes billed me for at least 20 minutes of time during which I was waiting for a computer process to be completed (downloading). I was charged for 1 hour and 10 minutes and the problem was not fixed. I wrongly assumed that I would not be charge for down-load time, also wrongly assumed that "Geeks" was a trademark name but apparently anyone who thinks they can fix a computer can call themselves a "geek." Dub Richardson sold me a used car that gave me a check engine light the first day I had it. I took it back to them and they gave me a loaner vehicle while they worked on the car. This Veteran's Hospital is a big joke. They only have ONE phone extension to contact your doctor and only ONE extension for the pharmacy. Everybody who works at this hospital seems to be under the impression that they have ultimate power over the veterans, which is obvious by the way the veterans are treated by the VA staff. If you want to talk to your doctor, you will be put on hold for (sometimes) up to 45 minutes or more - the same is true if you're trying to reach the pharmacy. I called my bank and they are making fraud changes and I had to pay a $16 fee to have another card issued and overnighted to me. I totally agree with how horrible this company is. I applied not too long ago and was approved, but the orientation video was not working. I write then NO RESPONSE. Here I am a week later trying yet again since I was trying daily and now all of a sudden they are not hiring. STILL NO RESPONSE from them. This is NOT how you run a business. They offered us a membership to this travel club for: 1 time fee of $6, 995 plus document fee of $495 and an annual fee of $199.95. Back in 2004 I had helped Derek get his business back up and running after someone had stolen his equipment. Myself and my father had both done quite a bit to help this guy. I was working for this company doing liquor demos and they had a big contract with Dominicks and they continued to string me along about my pay. I worked with them on a constant basis, doing at least three demos per week. I did not recieve my pay for five demos and they started screening the calls and soon after they just disappeared.
