website offers access to a myspace tracker for a lifetime with a 10$ donation, once donation was made access was not available and did not work on profile. Therfore contacted [email protected] about situation twice and still have gotten no response! I want to report this website as a scam and want a full refund of my 10$ and the additional 1$ for using paypal. Submitted all documents needed for $20 gas rebate, received a letter stating that all correct info was not submitted but didn't tell me what that was. All information that was requested was sent it. There is no contact information except for the PO box. I should be receiving a total of $100 but didn't resubmit the first one because their explanation of refusal is because I didn't follow the terms and conditions of the offer. represented themselves as being related to my dealership -- called several times to sell me an extended warranty, telling me that my warranty had expired. It turned out they were in no way related to my dealership, and that in fact my warranty had not expired. Beware this dealership is closing its doors as per Steve Monsees. He is the Service/Parts Manager. I called him because I left three messages for Anthony Minervini who is a service advisor. He never returned my calls. I brought my car in to the dealership because the engine light was on. They never told me that they were "going out of business" and as a result if I had any problems or was dissatisfied with their work that I would not have anyone to turn to. I just have a suggestion to build up the business. Make the OLD CARS again..the Pt Cruise was a hit. The Beetle was a hit...Make the old 50/60/70 vehicles...everyone loved them then and they still do. Everywhere, here and abroad. Don't copy what it out there it is boring... Nothing like an old Mustang, Old Ford Truck from the 40s or 50s. Pull those unique vehicles with fins and etc. out of the dust closet and make them again. Make them hybreds, make they gas effecient. I placed an order for a free trial on 11/12/08. The ad stated that the only thing you would need to pay is shipping and handling, which is $4.95. My credit card was charged $44.85 instead. So I proceeded to call the company. They have alot of odd wait times(44min 35sec, 57min 21sec, etc), so you know what...I waited!!! They tell you it will only cost 2.95 for a 7 day trial membership and that you can begin right away. Then they escalate the cost with special VIP offers and charge additional amounts for some "course" items. When you get to the end after you have paid, the online guide and access to jobs does not open and the password and user name is not given. I ordered the free trial and you only have to pay the $4.99 for shipping and handleing and $1.00 for insurance if you need it, and I recieved my trial and they went and charged me $88.97 for a fee for something I didn't recieve. I received the firs shipment, then the next month got the second shipment on an automated shipment program, THAT I WASN'T AWARE OF WHEN I ORDRED THE VERY FIST TIME. I recently filed a complaint against this company. In the meantime I have been contacted by them and they have bent over backwards trying to rectify their mistakes. I did the 14 day trial with the acaiberry for 3.95, they debited my account on 10/26 and didn't ship it until 11/10, it didn't receive it until 11/14, they proceeded to charge 89.31 to my account on 11/17, because the 14 day trial was up, even though I didn't have the opportunity to even try the product. I received a charge to my account by fit-fac on 11/5, both companies have assured me that I will recieve refunds within 10-14 days, that remains to be seen. NOW the Branch manager has decided NO ONE can contact Corp HR and has elimanted the person titled HR contact from their position... received an email regarding an at home work (still keepign my job and working part-time with them). Signed a contract with them (they are based international). After signing the contract they asked for a driver's license # or passport, but I have read that giving a driver's license # could also lead to identy theft. I questioned them on wanting more information on the company, but I was told if I am questioning them now that maybe I do not want to work for them. So, they cancelled my contract. I went to two different ultas on three different occasions trying to get four of the o.p.i wristlets last week and were told each time they were out. Then on Sunday the 16th the day afer the sale I was in the Ulta in Edmond Okla. and low and behold they had several of the wristlets but for full price. After I complained a manager finally let me have one for the sale price but since I wanted them for stocking stuffers for my grandaughters I needed more but refused to pay full price because they should have been in stock or else a rain check given. read full review »

I love your store in kokomo and they have done a great job and i injoy going shopping their now athan before. I do have a concern. I am retired from security work and locksmith and I seen somethings that bother me and the security of the employees on check out counter.
