I purchased a custom made $400.00 Larson door seven years ago from The Home Depot in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio. My door developed bubbles at the bottom and soon began to eat through the core of the door. IMHO The word Satellite is used by the vendors to confuse potential customers. What they provide their clients is a large series of video feeds. The large number of "channels" is accomplished by "paid programing", religious, and other videos that never need to be changed. I purchased a BLUE ANT X3 MIRCO BLACK and paid $99.99. I did not like the way it worked. After a lot of back and forth, they offered me, what they said was a comparable unit, a Motorola H670. I have now discovered that I could have purchased that model for around $30.oo most anywhere. I am embarrassed and angry that they mis-represented the replacement to me. I have not gone back to the store and don't want to. I am sure it will involve a confrontation that I am not interested in going through at this time. Can you be of assistance to me?
