I signed up with MX Energy 3 years ago in New Jersey as a natural gas supplier under a Fixed Rate Plan, 3 year contract. Have never missed a payment to Public Service, who then pays MX. I was working at the Waffle House in Lula, Ga and was falsely accused of stealing by the manager and fired after almost a year with this store. Another employee came forward and reported that they had seen another employee take this money and this statement was ignored. I may of 2008 I acquired new credit card processing equipment thru Vault Payment Solutions with a 48 month lease through Lease Finance Group. The Coaching Institute must have gone out of business or something. I paid a pretty hefty sum for the information, received some value but not all they committed. Their guarantee, that finally sold me, was "you will recoup at least double your cost inside 12 months, or we'll keep coaching you until you do". I felt that although the coaching and the information provide was of value, I put forward my best effort and have yet to recoup my investment. I received a call from a Mike Martin stating do I have a felony charge. I said no never no felony charge against me. Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls by our company to Mikeal Audebert get VIP Escapes to settle their bills for 2 groups of agents that they sent on FAM's in South Africa, we have been promised payment but nothing has materialized. They were accommodated at our 5 star Relais & Chateau establishment on two occassions and have not settled their accounts with us as of yet. We found what seemed to be a reputable internet firm in Japan for Flutes. I could not find a complaintsboard on him. They are very responsive, sending pictures and even files of music being played. I ordered a bulb for my Sony LCD projector TV in April 2008. It took several weeks to receive it from SageRyder's supplier. Once I received the bulb, I opened the package and inspected the bulb. When I bought this product I thought the set up was fairly easy. As it turned out, that was ONLY when I was connecting to my desktop from my laptop on a shared router in my home. MIDNIGHT TOWING SERVICE Towed my car from apt stating it was blocking the lane. I park there everyday.It was not blocking anyones car or road. They showed me my car's picture which did not show whether my car was blocking anything. My 3 neighbors also had similar things happened to them in past 3 months. Company ask to collect a debt and requested money be forwarded in the amount of $2, 800.00 for attorneys fees. This amount was sent on December 5, 2007. Since that date we can not get any responsive from the company as to what attorney in handeling the case. I have requested the return of the money we had sent as per their agreement. No responsive.
